It's possible but I can't see much direct action going to happen, even Iran doesn't do that. Could they fund more extreme groups in the region is a different question and isn't that implausible since certain parts of Egypt have became a little more radical than what can be good for us. Though that's why it's good to have a good relationship with certain countries in the region as many are willing to cooperate. Jordan has been doing alright recently and Pakistan although there is a lot of problems I have with their government they do provide military support. Though this area of politics is very complicated as it actually entails all areas when trying to actually look at things.

It's a parasitic relationship. I don't agree with getting entangled with foreign conflicts. It's not our business, let them handle it themselves. It doesn't concern us, has cost us lives, and raises the possibility of blowback. We need to end our presence in the Middle East.
