I’ll agree a border barrier won’t be 100 percent effective. I also agree food stamps aren’t 100 percent reflective to address poverty, and hunger. So since they both aren’t...will Dems agree to end snap?

 

Prison walls don’t either...should we take prison walls down and take killers at their word they won’t leave? SNAP also doesn’t fully address hunger or poverty...should we cut that? I guess I'm fated never to have anything in common with poor, old Hillary. She thinks Americans can't afford another day of a 'government shutdown' at THIS level...?! HA! At nothing more than THIS level I could very comfortably kick back and ENDURE a continuing 'government shutdown' through at least the rest of this fiscal year -- and probably through the end of this entire calendar year, too.

And then on into the year 2020? Well, so far, it's 'no skin off my nose'.... I mean, really... if these are NON-ESSENTIAL government employees, what the hell do we even have them on a government payroll for in the first place?! Besides, our military personnel could function in many of these roles, such as airport security screening, monitoring safety in the national parks, etc.

 

Thereby proving that 90% of the US is Liberal? Blimey it's worse than I thought; it's probably the same here too, then. Where the US goes, the UK follows? That explains a lot, doncha agree?

the wall won't be 100% effective but it will help
extra guards and tech wont be 100% effective either but it will help

combination of both would be the most effective
think of that for a moment and 5 billion is nothing compared to some of the crap you guys waste your money on every year

might only take 10 years to do from within

 

What would be MORE effective is an investment in more and better technology and added personnel. And that wouldn't cost as much.
