Illegals Pouring Into Our Country

how about we give all illegals who came here as children, a path to citizenship.

everyone else can only earn citizenship through being in the military or 1,000 hours of community service.

 

America simply can't afford to be the dumping ground for Mexico and Central America's most needy citizens. Those countries are failures, but not everybody in those countries fail. Some are able to do quite well. We're not getting those people. We're getting the people who couldn't do anything of value in their home countries and decided it would be better for them to do nothing here and get welfare for doing it.

 

Obama has already granted the 'illegals who came here as children' everything they want. The rest should be deported.

 

Illegals cost the State of California alone 10 billion per year. You're telling me that running train routes back to Mexico would be more expensive than allowing them to continue coming and dropping anchor babies for residency and welfare?

 

Who has the rocks to stand up to Obama and prosecute him for his ad hoc immigration policy that runs counter to America's stated goals and law?

 

It's called the "noble savage theory". Non-white people from non-Western, underdeveloped areas are inherently good, and bad actions caused by them can only be attributed to the oppression and exploitation that white Western developed areas apply to them.

 

Very well said. I think all it would really take to make a big dent in the problem is an announcement from our Government that their presence is no longer going to be welcomed here. Of course, we're not going to see that from Obama and the current Democrat run Government (including many Republicans).

You're right, there'd be no need to go door to door. Deport as you go. When they show up at the emergency room needing medical care, treat them and then have them arrested and scheduled for deportation. When they get pulled over for speeding or running with a busted tail light, arrest them and schedule deportation. With the inflow slowed down to a trickle, we can take our time deporting the ones who are already here. Taking a hard stance like this will make illegals feel very uncomfortable living here, and many will deport themselves.

 

Welfare to illegal immigrants is like reparations for stealing their land in the Alamo wars. Most of the west belonged to Latino's until the wars, Mexicans are indigenous to this land so that is why they should be allowed in freely.

They also keep wages down, Republican corporations need them as well.

What is a humanitarian crisis to you? 100k dead in Mexico in just a few years. That's significant imo. Honduras is murder capital of the world. You underestimate what's going on in Central and South America reference narcotics traffickers. We are experiencing a refugee flow from the conflict, which I've been expecting and saying for years. We are not talking about this entire situation from the right perspective. We need to handle this refugee problem in a better way than the rest of the world (which is to build walls to shut them out, persecute, and/or slaughter them). We are better than that.

 

The native Indian was indigenous to this land who Mexico drove out or killed. No different than what we did except we paid Mexico for it even though we won it.

 

I'd love to hear how illegal immigrants are getting onto Welfare as soon as they get into the USA.

Free medical care.....just show up at the local emergency room.........free education.......pop out that first "American" and you got your EBT card..........file a tax return claiming 13 nieces and nephews in Guatemala and get a check for $8000. The Mexican government publishes pamphlets outlining the whole process so they can start sending money 'home' asap............

 

First of all Mexicans are not indigenous to Texas. Secondly you should learn a little history and maybe figure out why Mexico invited Americans to move to Texas in the first place. Clearly you do not believe in the boundaries or laws of the United States, are probably an illegal alien, and should be deported.

 

I commented in another thread weeks ago how people who pay no taxes can get a refund of thousands of dollars and if my memory is correct some of the liberals here refused to believe that was possible.

 

Our own country has 50 million people living in poverty. We don't have enough jobs......just check out the unemployment rates among our OWN YOUNG PEOPLE. And yet, you want to bring in tens of thousands more???? 90,000 illegal children are expected this year; 142,000 expected next year....and you are okay with that? Are you okay when it turns into millions? Who is going to pay for this??? That's a serious question....WHO do you propose is going to pay for this???

Are you kidding??? Obama is asking for $1.4 BILLION more in addition to what was asked for earlier....to house, feed, provide medical care, travel expenses, etc. to these illegals. The newspapers in Central America are telling their people to go to America and you cannot be turned away. They are getting that from our current administration who has caused all this to happen.

 

The EITC and additional child tax credits are little known secrets..........if the general public really understood what was going on there might be a revolution.......people refuse to believe it but I've seen it a thousand times. I think at last count the IRS gave away $12 billion dollars in fraudulent 'credits' i.e. giving my money to people who didn't earn it. I mean people who are here illegally get an "Individual Taxpayer Identification Number" who anyone can get and file a tax return claiming multiple nieces in nephews in Guatemala, with no social security numbers. These returns are clearly fraudulent and any moron could tell that with a cursory glance.........but the IRS just sends them a check.......its really unbelievable. Meanwhile , my accountant transposed two digits in my daughter's social security number and I got like 12 threatening letters from the IRS. There has to be a method to this madness......there are people in power that want to transfer wealth from the White middle class to the invaders..........

I don't want anything. I'm telling you we have refugees fleeing from a conflict. It's happened all over the world for a long time, and usually the host nation doesn't treat the refugees too well. Of course, we have the power to solve the problem that is causing the refugee problem, but we refuse. Legalize marijuana, use the troops we are bringing home from Afghan for a surge against the narcotics traffickers focusing on the big stuff. Help our southern neighbors establish law and order. That is the solution.

 

True, but Mexicans, or Tejanos, were here before Texas became a country and a state and before the USA was even a country.

 

The problem is it is a difficult situation. What is needed is to sort the chaff from the wheat. If Children are fleeing from their home country because they cannot survive, then this becomes a humanitarian issue. And that is what Obama is doing. Given the current immigratin law, these children cannot pettion their parents or other relatives to come over here.

The problem will need the assistance of their home countries as well as the United States. It is possible to place these children in foster care for the time being until all the facts. If the parents are still alive, then we need to see if the parents abandoned their children and waive all parental rights. If their parent are deceased, then foster care is the only option.

 

If you have an ITIN, which is what illegals and certain other aliens have, then you cannot obtain the EITC. All SSN must be valid, not only for the parent or parents, but for all dependents on the tax return. The Child tax credit and additional child tax credit was created when the GOP had both houses and Clinton signed into law in 1997. Bush and the GOP extended and expanded the child tax credit and additional child tax credit to which you are now complaining. So, stop giving out illegal and ill advised tax advice.

 

Children around the world are living in horrible conditions should we take them all in?
