But if we're going to argue over 'imperial presidencies', again, one guy appointed people without Congress while the other guy can't even buy a recess appointment and he's a "threat to the Republic!"(That's not me, that's that liar Adam Schiff, who if he were a Republican Democratic voters would call out the liar for what he is.)

There simply is no comparison between the Obama and Trump Presidencies in terms of overreach. The guy made unilateral deals without Congress, droned American citizens and engaged the Yemeni campaign.

Which, BTW, is why the President will be acquitted and Nancy Pelosi has egg on her face as the worst speaker in our nation's history.

I challenge your numbers on "czars." These are just labels used to describe industry and financial experts assigned and responsible for cleaning up the disaster of 2007-8. Once they got their economic sector functioning, zip, gone. You do remember the economic melt down that affected the global economy in 2007-8 don't you? Or is this just another FOX denial?

Their are cultists in the world, but in most cases, they are cults of personality. By this definition, Trump, Obama, Reagan and Clinton were cults of personality. In each of these four, there were fans that loved their man and that man could do no wrong. Trump and Obama are the most defining of the concept of personalty cults.

One way or another, each of these men were set upon an indestructible pedestal for their most ardent fans. Neither, in the eyes of their "worshipers" could do wrong. To label an entire political belief as a "cult" is most assuredly wrong. Worse, the convenient label allows detractors to past on the label and go no farther in understanding alternate views.

Czar comes from the title of Russian Emperors prior to the Russian Revolution. US presidents have been assigning czars for a long time.

That Trump has no czars may have more to do with the fact that he does not govern.

 

Sadly the Senate could perform an intervention but they have no honor nor will of their own.

You know what? Some of his biggest supporters were also his biggest detractors. His frequent use of cruise missiles got him a lot of heat. His lack of protections for workers in the treaty with Asians did not go over well. His watering down the health bill raised a lot of anger and disappointment. Overall he was good but when he went rogue we held his feet to the fire. When he lied we called him on it.
I've noted that whenever Trump is called out for lying his cultists bring out the same Obama lie which wasn't a lie. Thousands to one maybe, if that's not cultists behavior what is?

Appointing czars which is Russian for ceasar if memory serves, isn't governing it's an admission that you don't know crap about a whole lot things. In Obama's case it was largely done as a Dodge to avoid Mr Dither having to make a tough decision.
