I have some questions for the "oh my god (malek or others, I'm not discriminating between gods) how are poor Palestinians suffering abuse and torture from evil Zionists for ever" theory adepts.

As we can clearly see all around us, people from troubled zones who really suffer, like Syrians, Iraqis, Sudanese, Afghans, or Eritreans, leave those troubled zones in droves looking for safe places to live. Even people from peaceful places like Poland or Romania leave their native countries to look for better lives in developed countries. Why then don't Palestinians - who suffer greatly according to some here for more than half a century, whose children are supposedly kidnapped, arbitrarily imprisoned without trial and tortured, whose livelihood is being, again supposedly, destroyed by mean settlers who also steal their lands, who suffer every possible and impossible injustice in the most troubled (according to some) zone on Earth - leave their homes in search for a better life, just like everyone else on this planet? Why don't we see massive immigration of Palestinians from West Bank and Gaza in Europe or the US? Why don't we hear about small Palestinian children drown in desperate attempts to flee the horrors of being under Zionist boots?

There are several problems with both the video and the article.

Al-Khalil is not an area in Hebron, It's the Arabic name for Hebron. But we're told that the shooting was done in Gaza.

We're also told that those were children, even though we can't see if they're children or not, The "journalist" herself makes contradictory statements in this regard (did she use several sources and couldn't make up her mind which was more trustworthy, or did she not notice the contradictions?). Both the title and a paragraph in the article state that those were children, but we are later told that they appeared to be children, which is not the same thing even by the shoddiest journalistic standards.

Nowhere in the video are we told that those were children. The persons on the rooftop are not clearly seen, even though the cameraman had a powerful camera. Why no close up on the supposed kids, even after the shooting, to clearly show that evil Zionist soldiers shoot innocent Palestinian children? Who then claimed first that those were children and where is the proof? Why should we blindly believe the first statement, but ignore the second?

Furthermore, in such situations, no live rounds are fired. Only rubber bullets. There are very strict rules for firing live rounds.

This article is a fine example of unethical journalism at work.

This story about the 17 years old Ahmed - no family name, no personal details, no facebook link to his arrest-triggering account, nothing that could turn a name into a living, breathing person - seems to be a cross between two real Ahmeds, both arrested (one received support from facebook creator, the other got convicted over a facebook post). One in the US, the other in GB.

Nothing is clear in that video. We only have 1 minute of video. Like the story of Ahmed in the mintpress article, this video lacks the most important part for a proper understanding of the events: context.

if you knew about the Talmud and Jewish law, you would know that it is VERY difficult to impose the death penalty upon someone.

there must be two witnesses to the crime they are accused of.

the two witnesses must have zero connection to the victim of the crime or the accused.

the two witnesses must have seen each other at the time they witnessed the crime.

the two witnesses must have both warned the perpetrator, that what he was about to do was a sin.

the perpetrator must have acknowledged this warnining, and committed the sin anyways.

the two witnesses were to be questioned seperately, and any evidence from one witness contradicted by another, even a tiny bit of evidence, is to be disregarded.

 

the millions of Jews persecuted and/or killed by the Nazis, were never questioned as to their beliefs regarding Zionism or Bolshevism. If they were a Jew, they were deemed an enemy of the state, and persecuted and/or killed SIMPLY for being a Jew.
