Nobody used the word "pure" because it's meaningless in this context. There is a European gene cluster extant now we call White, and obviously some gene flow has occurred. Jews scatter between and among the White and Turkoid/Semite clusters.

most Ashkenazi and Sephardic Jews are white. many Mizrahi Jews are not white. All Ethiopian Jews are not white.
Certainly poor people who decide to have 6 kids they obviously can't support shouldn't be given handouts to make it possible anyway. That's welfare taken to an unhealthy extreme.
