Which one is suing to hide their finances? Which one is frequently sued for not paying people? Which one has multiple bankruptcies

 

Obama wrote a book while IN OFFICE and enriched himself by millions. Trump Jr. is a private citizen and wrote a book. It's not like he went to Ukraine with his Dad, bilked millions in personal gain and spent the money on coke, crack and strippers at a DC club and then knocked her up and lied about it until the DNA test came back positive.

If Obama, as president, would have forced people (nationals and foreigners) to buy his book, he would have profited from office. However, he didn't.

For Trump, having people doing government business stay at his hotels is just par for the course.

If he wanted to get even richer, he would have stayed private. He didn't need public office, like Obama or Pelosi or Waters or Cummings or Schumer, to make a billion dollars.

Trump was rich way before he served the people. Big difference. Obama only got rich because he was President and he did it while in office.

Why would I be outraged? Did I say presidents shouldn’t earn money? He released his taxes yearly, we know where he made it.

 

His books were published before he was president, taxpayers were not forced to prop them up, he did not endorse them while in office, and the risk of him financially benefiting from outside influences is virtually zero unlike with trump.

I am not surprised that you do not see the difference between the two.

 

He’s still private. He never stopped running his business.

Good for them. He’s still personally financially benefiting from his businesses. We’ve got a right to know if he’s using his office to make enrich his business.

I am not afraid of anything, much less the false accusations against Trump. He has proved time and time again to be better than the people trying to remove him from office.

I just find it extremely hypocritical of democrats to be screaming about QPQ and about using the office to get rich when the very people screaming at a billionaire (who came into office already a billionaire) got extremely rich using their offices to enrich themselves.

Trump was already a billionaire. He doesn't need the Presidency to make money.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the insider-trading laws that allow congress (and I assume) the POTUS to make stock trades based on Govt data without being charged with Insider Trading laws.

It's why every congressperson leaves wealthy. The POTUS also has the benefit of drawing a near half-million annual salary but doesn't have to pay for anything while Potus. That's a lot of money to be able to invest every year...

 

Folks like you would have impeached President Washington no matter there is not rule or law against owning businesses while President.

 

He did not “give” it away, he donated it and then deducted it as a charitable contribution while extorting the taxpayer to fix his hotels, rent golf carts, rent hotel rooms and further profited by foreign nationals and business renting out hotels that prices were inflated during key events.

 

So you think dems should ask a foreign power to investigate trump instead?
