    That they do! Our system is designed so they don't have to pay taxes. Sales tax everyone pays but that is not being discussed.

    They don't pay 'income' taxes. There are more taxes then just income.

    They make money on "income tax". They're not taxed on housing benefits, food stamps and other forms of handouts.

    The only taxes they pay are sales taxes....which are the highest in Democrat controlled states.

    A person who earns 20k a year, if they spent every penny of it, would pay just over $1k average (between 2.9% and 7.5% sales tax).

    They make a lot more than that on their federal tax return.

    Therefore, they effectively pay NO taxes.
