one of the first things Obama did was undo some Of Bush's anti-consumer banking laws, yes, Obama saved me 1000's when the banks tried to raise my credit card rates from 8% to 39.9%

because of Obama's changes, all I had to say is I do not agree to the rate increase and close my account... then I kept the 8% rate - with Bush I would of been paying the new rate

cause I had two kids in college and maxed out the credit cards, I have never been late on a payment in all my life, and had accounts with them for 25+ years, no reason for that nonsense, that is my point - they give you a credit limit and then if you use it, they penalize you for it? thankfully Obama protected us from that kinda abuse

my credit scores are 790 and 801, but would of been even higher if not for having to close that credit card account as it reduced average length of time my accounts have been open score
