    Do you think Mexico will take California? Think of the billions that would save the USA. Or maybe California could become its own country and then annex mexico. Then we could put up a 50 foot wall along the entire california border to keep the hollyloonies out of the real country.

    You guys that are taking this thread seriously need to get a life, its a joke, its not going to happen. lighten up and grow up.

    But the liberal hate speech is noted, although not unexpected.

    I don't think it will happen now, but I think there will be more and more of such discussions in the future, then who knows, maybe a state will try an experiment.

    By the way, I would give California to Mexico in a heartbeat if all illegals would move there.

    Here's the deal though, the moment any southwest state was given to Mexico, the residents would begin leaving since their government handouts would stop. They would immediately once again begin sneaking into our country.
    I've said for a while now, Mexico needs to have an Arab Spring kind of awakening, and clean up their own problems. I'm sick to death of being the depository of their uneducated parasites.

    Oh, if only it would happen. We'd get rid of all the right-wing extremists in one shot almost overnight. Could you imagine no more Bible-belt holding us in the Dark Ages? That would solve half our problem; then we'd only have to figure out a way to silence the left-wing extremist.

    I signed this earlier. I also saw ones for Florida and Texas. Its about time we get the ole CSA back together....actually it never was apart...it's just been occupied since 1865

    Why do you keep on repeating the same lie?

    It has been demonstrated several times in this thread that the Red states in general, and Louisiana in particular, provide A LOT LESS money to the Feds than the amount of subsidies they RECEIVE from the Fed.

    If you want to argue that any further, please provide factual information that denies the factual information already provided.

    If you don't want to do. . .stop lying and shut up!

    Just like with the election you would be completely wrong. All major counties in Texas (Dallas, Harris, Travis, and Bexar) voted for Obama. Nobody is seceding. This is more pablum from the stupid.

    Declaration of Independence is not Constitutional Law. Thus, it has no basis on whether a state can or cannot succede.
