Read and weep Goomba....not that I expect you to accept and proof, even if it's coming from the Pope.
I was expecting statistical data of every Arab/Muslim country...surely you have them at hand, for how else could you have come to your conclusion?
I don't care what you expect, when the Pope talks about "the tragic reality" and "the departure of so many members of the Christian community in recent years" it's your choice to either keep coming up with lame red herrings or pull your head out of the sand and realize that the Christian exodus from the Muslim lands is an established and proven fact.
Thx for that informative video - Its encouraging to learn that many young Jews have a stronger sense of justice + recognition of other peoples suffering. than older entrenched ZioNazis . Its not only the AsheNasties who immitate spitting cobras + vipers. it seems to be a common Jewish trait, when they know that they can get away with doing it . Ultra-Orthodox spitting attacks on Old City clergymen becoming daily Clergymen in the Armenian Church in Jerusalem say they are victims of harassment, from senior cardinals to priesthood students; when they do complain, the police don't usually find the perpetrators. - ( hmmm. conveniently ?) Ultra-Orthodox young men curse and spit at Christian clergymen in the streets of Jerusalem's Old City as a matter of routine. In most cases the clergymen ignore the attacks, but sometimes they strike back. Last week the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court quashed the indictment against an Armenian priesthood student who had punched the man who spat at him. http://www.haaretz.com/news/nationa...on-old-city-clergymen-becoming-daily-1.393669 ....
Yep, Ultra-orthodox again, the same medieval anti-zionist idiots who discriminate against and attack women. One has to admire the anti-zionist alliance: commies, nazis, islamists and ultra-orthodox jewish extremists.
I have been asking him to provide this too, even just for Lebanon for most of the thread. I finally realized... It's not going to happen. He can speak, but not back anything up. PF's Oren.
Of course it's not going to happen. The pope says (besides all other sources I've provided), that the Christians are fleeing en-masse from the Muslim world. Do you think he is wrong? LOL If you want more detail, you and goomba find it. That said, one example was mentioned in the article: A century ago there were millions of Christians in what is today Turkey; now there are 150,000.
Why?- you made the claim, and now you'll have to back it up. You must have the data at hand, for how else could you have come to your conclusion?
I made the claim that the Christians are fleeing from the Arab/Muslim world and backed it up with reputable newspaper articles and most of all with the Pope's words. Don't you think he should know? LOL I don't need to prove it for each individual country, province, city or village. I did provide data for Turkey though.
I did, but will be glad to do it again for you: The Pope was addressing a dwindling and threatened Christian population driven to emigration by political violence, lack of economic opportunity and the rise of radical Islam. A region that a century ago was 20 percent Christian is about 5 percent today and dropping. “I fear the extinction of Christianity in Iraq and the Middle East,” the Rev. Jean Benjamin Sleiman, the Catholic archbishop of Baghdad, said in a comment echoed across the region. The pope, in a Mass on Tuesday at the foot of the Mount of Olives, addressed “the tragic reality” of the “departure of so many members of the Christian community in recent years.”
Right, because the Pope discussing the plight of Christians in the muslim world does not know what he is talking about...but you do. LOL Sometimes you people are seriously hilarious.
Why would anybody take any notice of the Baron of Buggery ? Yet here's you promoting what he thinks !
The Pope is not an authority on the subject ,+ by no means infallible , he invariably says whatever he;s told to say by Cardinals , who are walking a tightrope + very sensitive to criticsm from Zionists quarters due to the Catholic Church's shameful anti-semitic record. IMO - direct reports + opinions from Christians Arabs are far more reliable , So far I've NOT any (Maronite/Greek Orthodox/Eastern Catholic Christian Arab Clergy saying their flock are'nt persecuted/ or treated as equals , by Zionists in Jewish controlle "Israel" btw with the Pope Ratzinger's (Benedict ) own past record - i.e. Hitler Youth etc, he's really got to watch what he says . ..... ....
You people are fun to observe. You just don't know when to quit According to you: - You know the status of the Iranian nuclear weapons program better than the IAEA does - You know the meaning of Ahmadinejad's speeches better than all professional translators (as opposed to amateurish hacks), news organizations, international bodies and governments do -And now you know the status of Christians in muslim world better than the Pope does. Are you guys for real? Oh well, keep up the good work making total fools of the Israel-hate movement that you so aptly represent.
I've told you , the Pope only knows what his Cardinal tells him. Most of my Arab friends are Christians from Lebanon/Syria/Palestine +Jordan . countries I've been fortunate enough to have visited. My information comes mainly from those sources, ordinary people - not wheeler-dealers + propagandists. .....
The Pope hasn't been to Middle East since 2009. Surely the Palestinian Christians living there 24/7 know more about what goes on. http://www.jpost.com/Opinion/Op-EdContributors/Article.aspx?id=266298 Yes, it's an op-ed, not a report. But... You cannot even give me the numbers of Christians in Lebanon in 2010 and 2011 and instead say "look it up yourself"? Are you serious? YOU are the one making the claims, so it is YOUR responsibility to provide proof of YOUR own claims. Proof as in numbers. Statistics. Resesrch. Facts.
I am not quite sure what you are talking about but I quoted a report of the Pope's trip to the Middle East that he took in May 2009, the report was published on page A1 of the NY Times and it was not an op'ed. According to the report the Pope was 'addressing a dwindling and threatened Christian population driven to emigration by political violence, lack of economic opportunity and the rise of radical Islam. A region that a century ago was 20 percent Christian is about 5 percent today and dropping.' The Pope himself addressed “the tragic reality” of the “departure of so many members of the Christian community in recent years.” http://www.nytimes.com/2009/05/13/world/middleeast/13christians.html?_r=1&pagewanted=all My claim was that the Christian population in the Muslim world is rapidly disappearing. I've stood behind my claim and proved it many times beyond any doubt.
The more I look into this whole thing, the more I am beyond convinced that there are probably an overwhelming number of Jews who loathe Zionism as much as non Jews can loathe Zionism.(save for their drooling drones). And so they should, it both tarnishes and taints them. It has hijacked Judaism, has hijacked Christianity (in the US), and wishes to provoke nuclear war, in the Middle East. Incidentally, everyone's friend on here, Borat, maybe worth looking behind the charachter that he takes his name from. Sasha Baron Cohen (do you think he could be a Zionist Jew, per chance). A lying Zionist Jew, who would never get away with such racist comedy, if it were not the racism perpetuated by the 'chosen'. Nah, that would be just off the wall crazy. I mean, he is just a comedian.....right? And, of course, in Nazi Germany, how everyone laughed as the Jews were often parodied as having big noses, being lazy, etc. What's the difference?
