Mueller for Dummies: A Brief Summary

You might not have heard most of this... or maybe even any of this.. I've seen so many folks on the right that are completely clueless. So... here it is.

The report is out. And we now know two things for sure from the report: 1 Barr lied. 2- Trump committed crimes.

What did Barr lie about? Just about everything. But two relevant things that might ring a bell: Collusion and Obstruction.

Collusion... Well, guess what? Mueller didn't even investigate Collusion. So Barr's claim that Trump was exonerated is a lie. He did investigate something related, but not the same: Conspiracy. Which is a legal term. But conspiracy would mean that Trump personally would basically had helped the Russians hack the DNC servers or obtain access to Poedesta's emails. Trump doesn't even know how to use email. So of course he didn't help. But we do know his campaign did contact Russian officials, and sought to benefit from the intrusion. Which is immoral, dirty, rotten, .... but yeah.. apparently not illegal. However, don't let anybody tell you that they didn't collude. They most certainly did.

Obstruction: Mueller mentions ten specific cases in which Trump committed obstruction. In four of them, all the elements necessary to prosecute are there (Act, Nexus, Intent). Yeah... right on the report. All the evidence necessary to prosecute... tomorrow. The others.... Most are just one question away from being "prosecutable". And this is why Trump is stonewalling Congress. Congress needs to ask one question, under oath, and some of the other will also be "prosecutable".

So why didn't Mueller prosecute? Because the OLC (Office of Legal Counsel) determined that Mueller was not allowed to impeach a sitting President. Here's the thing, though. As Mueller states, the second that President is out of office, he can be prosecuted. So the only way Trump would stay out of jail is to.... become a dictator. For life.

Did Mueller kick the ball to the AG regarding obstruction? The short answer is No!. The long answer is Hell no! Mueller states that that determination should be made by Congress.

All of this is in the Report.

How about Impeachment? We'll see. Some assume it's futile because Republicans in the Senate would protect Trump but.... let's see what's going to happen.

So now you know.

 

No collusion. No obstruction. No resulting charges against Trump. There . . . simplified it for people desperately in need of a reality check or a safe space.

 

Great summation. Mullerbis over, time to move on to the next stop on the hate Trump train. I'm sure there must be something.

 

The legal fights Trump has committed his administration to will tie up the White House probably for the next two years. Thus very little will be accomplished in the next two years, and the Democrats will do everything they can to encourage Trump to do nothing right up to November 3, 2020.

The legal fights are designed to protect him. Trump thinks this is smart. Well, no one ever saaid he was the brightest bulb in the room.

BTW, when was the last time Trump accomplished anything? What did he accomplish?

 

Poor feller. Starr specifically listed 11 crimes by Clinton. Mueller? Zero. Time for you to give up your delusion.

 

The democrats intend to do nothing but investigate until Trump leaves office, whenever that might be. The Mueller report did not give them a crime to convict, so they now they will look for one.

I sure do love this economy.

 

Quite a bit more than most Presidents in their first two years.

 

That is simplified for the gullible. For people who kinda like reality, mine is better. Read the report!

 

Yep...still nothing.

 

And yet still . . . No collusion. No obstruction. No resulting charges against Trump.

 

Trumpets have gravel in their eyes and beans in their ears. They think, "Oh hey the report is done and Mueller didn't prosecute anyone so let's just move on. The Dems are just angry at losing an election." I have never witnessed such naivety from supposed adults. NEWS FLASH That's not how it works Trumpets. Mueller threw a roadmap to conspiracy, obstruction, and corruption in Congress' lap. Now the law has loaded guns and will follow that map along with public hearings and testimony UNDER OATH.

Stories typically do a one-eighty under oath and what is going to spill out under public scrutiny will bad, very bad for Trump and a lot of others. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Clinton, Clinton and Clinton will not save this administration and once the genie pops out of the bottle. Trump will lose it will obstruct, divert, lie, and have rallies. This will make Watergate look like a college prank. Charges on Trump and Company will come down like mosquitoes on a hemophiliac.

 

The problem is that Trump intends to do nothing but keep committing crimes until the day he leaves office.

It's a twofer. He gets to continue his criminal activity. And, at the same time, he gets to keep complaining because Democrats are investigating his criminal activity.

 

I don't know what Trump "intends to do". I do know that the democrats insist on investigating until they find one.

 

Their struggle drags on.

 

The report has by this time been read by everyone here that gives a dam. Most everyone on the left believes it convicts Trump of something or the other and most everyone on the right thinks everyone on the left is full of crap ergo we are right back where we were before the Mueller investigation began.

 

Oh... you're wrong. The charges are all set for when he is no longer the sitting president.

Actually it is the Left misreading the Right. We KNOW that RINO Mueller with his Dem Party donor fellow planted SUGGESTIVE landmines in the report to entice or incite the leftist controlled House to either impeach or at least launch politically bogus but punitive investigation after investigation into Trump. The point being that it would be political theater based on suggestive material by RINO Mueller not hard evidence or facts that will stand up in a court of law.

What's really funny is these folks think if he's cheating on taxes the IRS would "already know". The IRS can be a nightmare when you owe, but they miss a vast majority of tax fraud. There is NO reason to think experts might not find discrepencies that even a cursory audit might miss. Not that he was ever under audit, liekely just one of his lies. Prolly tons of financial fraud, jacking values and then cutting them when convenient. A clever accountant can make such hold up to all but the most thorough of investigators.

I suspect, the biggest reason he won't do it, is if you count his debt against his "fortune" I think we'd come to find he's not even legitimately wealthy, much less a "billionaire" I think he's barely treading water financially. Prolly has a lot of shady stuff going on with Deutche Bank too. Of course his base is like "There's no reason to suspect they would lie" (Trump or the bank), but that's a ludicrous argument. Trump and Deutche Bank both have a LONG history of shadiness and very little rep for being above board, like ever, at all.

 

Who needs facts when you have a conspiracy theory?

 

Then the democrats need not investigate. Just impeach or whatever.

 

Yeah cuz occhams razor, to your crowd means people and institutions PROVEN time and time again to have committed fraud suggests that obviously they went honest, cuz that ALWAYS is most likely right?

They just had that whole article about the Trump family's LONG history of fraud. It's past limitations, but that alone is "Probable cause" .

He's a crook, always has been, you not allowing yourself to see reality notwithstanding.

I know, he makes you feel warm and safe, you need orange daddy to protect you from brown people, so keep fan=tasizing he's clean. Won't change a thing, but I guess you'll FEEL better. That's what this is about clearly.

 

Those brown folks terrify you don't they? It's alright, orange daddy will lie and tell you you're safe, and it will all be magically better!

 

Trump has been cleared of all charges.

Hillary lost! Trump won! Get over it and move on!
