Yes, that Kolomoisky...a very corrupt thug. Zelensky's financier. The same Kolomoisky behind the ethnic genocide of Russians; same that financed the Neo-nazi AZOV battalion that is now...if you can believe it...an official part of the Ukraine military; same that admitted on video the downing of the Boeing (referring to MH17) was a 'trifle' and 'got the wrong plane' (MH17 was painted similarly to Putin's plane); same that is said to have orchestrated the biggest Ponzi scheme in world history...stealing billions from depositors at PrivatBank.

Same guy, same Zelensky's buddy. Now you should ask why in the living hell is the US sending billions to that corrupt government to fund it's ethnic pissing match with Russia.

Actually, the air-distance from Havana to Miami is only 228 miles (367 kilometers). Hypersonic missiles supposedly travel at ~3,800 miles per hour (6,115 kilometers per hour). And that's, uh, pretty damn fast.... :dog: . Well... not to worry... I'm sure we have anti-missiles that could intercept them easily... right? :woot:

You have made a very, VERY important point, though -- and it involves the one and ONLY thing that can make Russia stand-down now -- full, complete, immediate membership of Ukraine in NATO! Anything else is twaddle and bullshit. And, even at that, what does the total, combat-ready, immediately-deployable armed might of NATO consist of in Europe, on the ground?

When you mash all the air bubbles out of it, there are only two European nations that could (and would) engage directly in combat operations against Russia -- the UK and Germany. But both of them are essentially in political disarray -- especially Britain. And Germany, which is closest to a possible 'theater' of military action, has let its armed forces (the Bundeswehr) deteriorate consistently in materiel, capability, and funding for at least the last seven years -- and that was under a 'center-moderate', like Chancellor Merkel.

But now, Germany has a left-wing Socialist coalition, with Olaf Scholz as Chancellor -- and -- to make things even worse -- Germans desperately need natural gas at affordable prices from guess who...? The very country they would be engaging in combat with?!

Which would lead to a genocide of the Russians in Donbass - that is if Russia will allow it, and the destruction of the European economies, especially Germany, No gas, no work! The Germans are not that stupid.

Besides there is not enough gas to supply the world without Russia, so that's the end of that. Russia has the upper hand in everything and they know it.

The only way to solve the mess Nuland and State Department made is to pressure Zalensky to carry through with the Minsk II agreement and the hell with the Nazis. Anyway let's see what happens with Poroshenko's return to Ukraine. This should be interesting.

That's the only way this gets resolved. Instead of throwing money at Zelensky (which we are now doing), he needs to be cut off and told what to do. The sheer stupidity coming out of DC....jeez

Immediate membership in NATO = the end of Ukraine immediately.

    How's this for irony...

Back during the 2014 conflict between Kiev and Putin...
Putin called Kiev "Nazis" and Kiev called Putin, "Hitler."

More proof the imaginary word, "Nazi", [derogatory term used
by WW2 Allies to insult enemy Germans] has NO REAL meaning.

The neo con 'honest Abe' Blinken, is now accusing Russia of aggressive actions for moving its troops within Russia's own borders - if you can believe it. Anyway, I see no reason for the hype about an invasion of Ukraine since Russia has said many times it has no intention of invading - that is unless Ukraine plans a provocation that will force Russia to invade. That scenario would fall within the neo con playbook.

Since Russia can't be defeated, the latest neo con brilliancy is to have Russia invade and fight an insurgency in Ukraine. Keep dreaming Blinken and Nuland. There will be no insurgency. The Russians will be greeted with flowers the same way they were in Crimea - that is except for the Nazis in Lviv and Galicia. But who wants them anyway. They can go to Poland and Israel. I'm saying that sarcastically since it was the Poles and Jews they exterminated in WWII.

As for when it will happen, no doubt in February during China's Olympic Games. It was during the games in China when Georgia bombed and killed the Russian peacekeepers in S. Ossetia and it was during the games in Socchi when Nuland had her coup in Kiev and chose Yats for president.

Looks like the neo cons have their war drums rolling once again. Now that they destroyed the Middle
East, I guess they feel it's Europe's turn. Germany's economy for one, cannot survive without Russian gas - and there is not enough gas in the world to supply them without Russia.

It was imaginary towards Vladimir Putin, but not imaginary towards the nationalists in W. Ukraine who sided with the Germans and exterminated the Poles and Jews and whose leader Stephan Bandera is idolized today in torchlight parades.

I have news for you. The Russian 'supremacist' nationalists all left for Kiev and joined their army in 2014 - and it was good riddance.

Stalin sided with Hitler when Hitler was invading western Europe and rounding up Jews, plus invading Poland and rounding up Jews. Today Stalin is a HERO in Russia.

I think they both had a point.

Remember what Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov recently said about Russians and Ukrainians... they share a common kinship.

Vladimir Putin said he knows about the Gulag's etc., etc., but he read through all the archives and what the communications between Russia and the other European nations showed, is that Stalin was doing everything possible to avoid a war in Europe.

Putin brought up the archives with the other Europeans and they were going to discuss it at the UN, but it had to be cancelled because of Covid. So people shouldn't jump to conclusions - which honestly, I think they do for their own political reasons.

Putin is very intelligent, adept and resolute. Putin is light years ahead of other European leaders.

But what I will never understand is why Putin hitched his rising star to evil Stalin.

The Cross on the flag of Nuvorussiya is the flag of Saint Andrew. He is considered the Patron Saint of Constantinople, in the same way that Saint Peter is the Patron Saint of Rome. Since the foundation of Russia is the Greek Church of Constantinople, and not the Latin Church of Rome, the Russian Orthodox of Donetsk and Lugansk put Saint Andrews Cross on their flag.

Saint Andrew is also the Patron Saint of Scotland, so I assume the South was settled predominantly by Scotch and this is why it was on the Confederate flag. The Cross of Saint Andrew is also on the British flag since Scotland is part of Great Britain, together with their own Cross of Saint George - which is a Red Cross on a white background.

What's interesting is that the Cross of Saint George was on the Genovese flag, but they gave the English permission to use it to protect them from the Turks, since they have an immense fear and respect for Saint George.

Putin didn't hitch his rising star to anyone. As for Stalin, he's no more evil to the Russian people than Winston Churchill is to the British since he saved them and their lands from the Nazis. Otherwise they would have been totally annihilated.

Nazi Germany committed genocide on 17 million Russian civilians, that's more than twice as many killed as Jews - yet you never hear anything about it.

When Poland occupied Ukraine during the Mongol invasion of Russia, they tried to put the Ukrainians under the Pope. The Ukrainians in the East though refused and asked the Russian Tsar to take them back into Russia. Because of that the Western part of Ukraine is a totally different culture than in the East.

Later West Ukraine went under Austria Hungary and adopted the supremacist attitude of the Germans and began looking down on the Slavs. This is why they joined the Nazis in WWII and began killing off all the Poles and Jews. They never suffered for what they did because of the Cold War, and their children and grandchildren are the ones that Nuland put in charge of Ukraine.

They still celebrate the leader Stephan Bandera who helped them kill off the Poles and Jews to grab the land. Now they want to kill off the Russians in the Eastern part of Ukraine as well, so they could grab their lands too - but Russia won't let them.

The natural resources Moscow sold, were used against Russia in the war, in the same way that the elevated train tracks on 7th Ave. in Manhattan supplied Japan with metal to build its planes and bomb Pearl Harbor. This is why it's called Avenue of the Americas.

Without those resources Hitler would not have been able to attack Russia, and without our steel Japan might not have been able to attack Pearl Harbor. Who knew at the time?
