The flood was NOT GLOBAL and I never said it was nor did I ever state I could prove it was global...I stated I could prove it was NOT Global.

The Flood known as the Black Sea Deluge happened in 5600 BC....and it happened when the land mass between the Mediterranean sea which was salt water....and the Black Sea...which was a much smaller than today Fresh Water lake....collapsed.

This open water area where land once separated to two seas is known as the Turkish Straits....so there is an actual event that happened at about the same time and same area as talked about in the Bible.

A worldwide flood is an absolute impossibility.

As far as this story of Noah...it is most likely a story of a trader of animals and goods who was lucky enough to ride out the flood in his boat.

The idea of the animals two of every species being placed on a boat....that is all nonsense.

So....since I KNOW this happened I have NEVER attempted to state or prove a Global Flood occurred because it did not.

OK...one down...one to go....now about the A/C?

Oh surely you remember when I asked if God created cold and heat?

 

The earth doesn't have enough water to have a global flood but enough to have Ice Age covering up the entire world?

I remember that I explained what Cold and Heat was and as I stated since I am an Agnostic there exists an extremely low probability that a GOD exists.

There is enough water on Earth in both liquid and ice so that if all ice melted and became Liquid Water sea levels would rise a bit more than 200 feet.....not even close to being capable of covering all land masses on Earth.

You are only talking about the world as it is now, that 200 feel sea level raised when all the ice on land melted and drained to sea. Do you have any data showing exactly how much ice in the last Ice Age 10,000 years ago?

 

It's not the biblical story. It is a compilation of several different global flood stories with a little artistic license thrown in. It wasn't and isn't supposed to be considered Biblical. They just used the Noah name, part of what was taken from the Bible.

You do realize there are stories about the global flood that predate Judaism and Christianity, right?

Yes but the Bible isn't the original source or the only source of the story.

 

The fallen angels(watchers) and their offsprings(Nephilim) had been here almost since the beginning. I don't doubt they write a lot of stuffs to confuse people. Timeline is not a method to determine whether the source is truth or not. God has his timeline to reveal the truth. God unfold hidden knowledge in the end time.
