Mmmh... well ... There was a silly and criminal attack on Iraq in 2003 followed by totally incompetence and criminal behavior of US people there ... aside criminal things like Guantanamo for example.
But in general it is often the impudent US behavior to bend laws and agreements and to follow and respect them only of it fits to their interests, but if not, they give a crap on it... but demand to fulfill them. The complete issue of Guantanamo is very good example why there is hate towards the USA!

No, they weren't reconnaissance planes, they were actually bombers. The Tu-160 which flew over in February this year is capable of carrying nuclear missiles with a total payload greater than any ICBM

If the concern was just about a missile flying over Japan, then going by your assertions, no one would care if NK had a nuclear missile as long as they did not launch it over Japan. You have continually tried to back-track with constant deflections which are obvious in your desperation of trying to state that anyone who points out your failings must be a North Korean.
