Colbert's Super Pac is an example of fighting fire with fire without being a hypocrite. Don't pretend like you can't fight fire with fire.

Someone could be anti-gun but use a gun to kill someone who's shooting up everyone for no reason. Someone could be a democrat but vote Republican. Someone could do anything that's seemingly contradictory without becoming hypocritical. There's an exception to every rule and as I said, you might have to use a Super Pac to kill them. Or it might also be true that while you might not like them you become severely handicapped if you don't use it, so much so that they'd stay around forever. Sometimes the only option is to use their weapons against themselves even if it's not ideal.

What's entertaining is that you think there's no exceptions to the rule and everything is black and white.

and he also had one of the most successful grassroots campaigns in history. His use of networking and social media puts all other campaigns to shame. The maority of his donations were not huge max donation types. it was the people, donating an average of $55 per person. Even now, the majority of his campaign donations are on par with last election. I have not donated yet, but soon will be.

If you look at the donations contributed by military and civilian DOD personnel there are only two canidates being donated to: Ron Paul and President Obama. There is only a little bit of difference in donation amounts between the two.

I don't have to pretend anything; Obama declared that Super Pacs are a "threat to our democracy", and then formed his VERY OWN "THREAT TO OUR DEMOCRACY"...
It was also Obama who SPENT THE MOST MONEY IN HISTORY ON AN ELECTION, the whole while claiming to be "against Big Money in elections", and promising to use "only public campaign finance" , which he then completely reversed himself on, followed by SPENDING THE MOST MONEY IN HISTORY ON AN ELECTION.

It isn't I who needs to "pretend" anything; it's you and your fellow Leftninnies desperately trying to pretend that Obama isn't the glaring, hypocritical BOUGHT AND PAID FOR BIG MONEY candidate that he has always been...

Yeah, all the "grassroots people" like Mickey Mouse and Goofy, who were listed as donors to his campaign...

    Self-delude much...?

Unions are all super PACs and have been outspending republicans for decades. Now the field is leveling and suddenly its a moral crime for republicans to do what dems have been doing for decades? What hypocrisy!

That's not a lie. He says there is something wrong with the election system in our country. But he still has to play within the system so he has to take whatever advantage he can get.

This is like blaming a presidential candidate who ran on a campaign of ending the electoral college because he won with electoral college votes.

I personally think we have a right to hear all opinions, no matter where they come from and who pays for them.

I think that is the difference between me and the Statists. I believe people can make up their own minds. Statists believe they have to give the right message for people to follow, which means silencing opposing viewpoints.

So why is he desperate then? Yes he has 1 billion more than Romney and in a pretty good position financially. But he knows he can't run on his record so he flipflops to get a billion more.

He says "it is a threat to our democracy", and then proceeds to form his VERY OWN "threat to our democracy".

Once again, was he LYING about that, or just fulla crap, or is he now trying to "threaten our democracy " himself?

As I said, I am not interested in playing Leftninny Word Dance with you...

The primary reason politicians lie to us is because we demand that they do so. We will not elect politicians who tell us the truth. So the best person on the planet, if he she wanted to do the best they could for our nation and our people, would still have to lie to get the chance.

You don't like "untruthful" politicians? Blame yourself.

    They are.

It will make no difference. Only a stupid politician would not have a SuperPac no matter how much they detest them.

    Non stupid voters get that.

The only poll that matters is the one on November 6th.

    We'll see, Bill.

And what excuse did you make when Obama ran against McCain and he spent records amount of money though McCain chose to stay within the confines of federal funding?

How easy it is for you to justify whatever The Lightworker does. It's second nature, right?

Doesn't anybody believe we all have the right to see all sides of the issue no matter who pays for it?
