What does same sex marriage have to do with the Obama administration enforcing the law? I think you're confused as to which thread you are on.

I don't see any "re-write of the constitution" called for in regards to requiring the administration to enforce laws or Roe v. Wade, Lawrence v. Texas, Florida v. Sebelius?

Try the second link son, as it says house republicans respond from SCOTUS ruling with push for constitutional amendment.

And whenever you do the same it's different how? And the blog isn't anonymous as everybody knows who runs it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Joyner Hell, when you read the articles it even states the author, so it really defeats the idea of it being anonymous huh?

Please post when I've posted from an anonymous blog with proof.

    Another reliable source I see.

Kinda hard to enforce the laws of the land when Congress intentionally defunds said agencies for enforcing the law, such as noncompliance of 501c4 application by groups who flaunt the law, the five men who did not file gift tax returns, defunding the EPA, and the list goes on.

The one from "What Really Happened?" is a re-print from the New York Times.

The president is required to abide by the laws legally passed by the legislative branch of our government. What you are so absurdly suggesting is that the president is not bound by the laws of our land and in other words, a dictator free from the rule of law.

This is "quisling logic" and fails to convince absolutely.
