Traditional marriage has much to do with procreation.. which is why brother and sister are not allowed to marry. This does not mean that folks who do not want to have children can not marry - and allowing this marriage does not change the incest taboo.

According to the courts who instituted gay marriage, traditional marriage had nothing to do with procreation and the limitation to men and women was all just a nefarious plot to "disparage and injure" homosexuals. THAT according to their reasoning is why marriage limited to men and women was unconstitutional. We had 3 decades of court decisions upholding marriages limitation to men and women because only they had the potential of procreation. It was only marriage limited to men and women in order to "disparage and injure" homosexuals that was declared to be unconstitutional
