    And unemployment plummetted.

It'd be great if giving that money to the lower classes would've created as many jobs, but we both know it wouldn't have.

Unless you run a large business, you didn't.
Economic growth under Trump in his first three years was almost identical to Obama's last three years.

Not being a career pol excuses his behavior?
Who says he "did nothing of social value?" Fox News?
A Trump supporter talks about Biden's "mental condition?"
Better Democrats' weak offering than the Orange Oaf.

Unemployment continued on a trajectory already established under Obama.

The tax cut to rich people could have gone into worker retraining, rebuilding infrastructure, improving public education, or other measures to increase GDP.

How many people have done what? The ones who didn't have insurance of some sort, then developed a condition and then sought out insurance? So what number was used to sell the PPACA as being beneficial on the basis of coverage of pre-existing conditions?

Your presumptions of my emotions or health situation do not do your argument any favors at all. I have multiple autoimmune issues. I also made a point of having insurance for all my working life, which is more than 4 decades. I've previously stated my thoughts regarding PE's, which you have discounted into nothingness. Why bother discussing anything if what I do provide is ignored?

I deal with health insurance as part of my job, from the employers perspective. I know what goes on within the staff, and those that opted out of insurance only to find themselves with a condition, chronic or acute. The statistics are jarring. I am also aware of what other companies deal with in the same regard.

I've lived in NYC. I grew up in NJ. I am thankful I no longer live in that area.

Insurance premiums went up for some people because Obamacare was structured to load the cost of insuring another 20+m Americans and lowering premiums for others on premiums for the remaining insureds. If the extra cost had been covered from general revenue, rates wouldn't have jumped for some insureds.
If we don't do something to deal with global warming, we're going to leave future generations a badly damaged planet. My personal take is that we may need to look at nuclear power as the way out.

I don't know, does being the Controller for a multi-million dollar conglomerate count as 'a large business'?

    Wage growth:

www.epi.org/publication/swa-wages-2019/ While general statistics, the employment market swung from employer to employee market which significantly increased wages especially in high tourism areas.

Your presumption that someone who disagrees with your apparent perceptions 'must watch Fox News' is weak at best. I don't watch/listen/read 'Fox News'. It's actually one I studiously avoid, along with WaPa. While all media sources have some sort of lean, there are more intelligent sources that offer candid, subjective views.

Ans a Biden supporter thinks not knowing what position they are running for is 'stable'? See how childish such responses are?

Reasons why I don't bother engaging with some posters become glaringly obvious on some days.

Maybe she doesn't watch Fox News.
Like when he gave 85% of the tax cut to people making $400,000 a year? Or when he tried to take away medical insurance premium support for people with preexisting conditions?
    Trump is "the swamp."
Trump is a racist and a misogynist.
Economic growth in Trump's first three years is almost identical to Obama's last three years.

Well, then, you may have gotten benefits small business hasn't experienced. Regulations should be as straightforward and few as possible, but more importantly the ones we have should have teeth.
We have a forty year problem no one in either party has solved.

You're the first controller of a "multi-million dollar conglomerate" I've run across with what appears to be a limited background in economics. Oh, well...

Yep, 100% right, Trump said booming economy, millions of new manufacturing jobs, and we should believe President Trump and not the fake news like:
    https://www.statesman.com/news/2020...erstate-manufacturing-job-gains-during-debate
    or
    https://www.thebalance.com/us-gdp-by-year-3305543

    or

If you want to omit the fake news follow this guideline:

As someone here said: No one ever went bankrupt betting on gullibility of American people.

In many cases, Joe and Jane American got more hours, not big wage increases.

The problem for workers is going to get much worse as quantum computing, AI, and high-speed wireless communication put tens of millions out of work.

Rather than propagandize with cherrypicked data, you might do a deeper dive into the income distribution problem.

My very deep dive into the income distribution problem produced an unavoidable parallel between 50 years of Joe Biden in the swamp and 50 years of skyrocketing gap between the rich and the rest....

Nah, must be just a coincidence, Joe is so full of empathy and he is from Scranton too. The working guy that he is he must have spent his 50 years in Washington DC and 8 years in the WH fighting for the forgotten Americans tooth and nail.

Can you think of a single solitary thing that President Trump or his administration has accomplished or done for America or the world? If not, you and your sources are the problem. You are in the dark where they like to keep you. And I suspect, just as much so in your own nations affairs.

Your graph showing production down, and wages up in 2020. Thank you for proving my point.

That wasn't sarcasm, it was the usual clap trap thrown at anyone who thinks on the conservative side.

And where do your presumptions come from that I have a 'limited background' in economics? Not agreeing with you doesn't mean the facts aren't real, they mean they are viewed from a different perspective.

Not only hard to believe, but wrong. The Orange Oaf gave 85% of the income tax cut to people making 400,000 per year. He also tried to remove Obamacare protections for people with preexisting conditions.
    He's all of the above.
Economic growth in Trump's first three years was virtually identical to Obama's last three years.

All he's done is get some Gulf states caught between Saudi Arabia and Iran is to take sides with the Saudis and United States.

They would not have taken place. Obama/Biden and the rest of the bureaucrats at the Department of State claimed that Mid East agreements between Israel and Muslim countries was not possible until the Palestinian issue was resolved.

TARP which saved the banks was a Bush 43 legislation. The Obama recovery was the slowest since the Great Depression. It took 7 years for all the people to go back to work. Real median household as well took 7 years to recover to 2007 level. Trump’s economy added $6000 to the real median household income in 2 years.

Trump is a cancer on our country

Yet Trump garnered 70 million votes

The ***** grabber stance on abortion is a plus for him ( maybe not personally )

Trump won the first time because Comey reported a possibility of emails just before the election

Trumps 70 million votes in 2020 is dumbfounding

What year of the ten years period (the tax cuts could not be made permanent due to reconciliation rules - the tax rate cuts were made permanent on the upper income brackets forcing legislators to hold the lower income brackets at the low levels) is that based on?

The real median household income rose by ~ $6000 to ~ $68,000 in two years.

70 million voted for Trump based on performance. 35 million voted for Biden. 35 million voted anti Trump. The MSM and social media swayed the vote.

    Please! Speaking from Australia

NATO has nearly been dismantled, Australia, one of the staunchest US allies, has been sidelined, China has been making unchallenged moves to take over the pacific region

    https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2020/10/22/asia-pacific/china-struggles-america-leadership-void/

Trump has not attended one ASEAN meeting And there I’d doubt he even knows the impact of ASEAN

But more than anything it his complete stuff up of the corona virus response
