White liberals, who agree that blacks are "oppressed" by the history of the country, the flag, the racial majority, the Constitution, the Founders, the system of laws, etc - vehemently oppose the idea of freeing blacks from that oppression and giving them a chance to self-govern. The gist of the OP was to turn over to blacks a place they own and run.

But you make that sound like a bad idea. Don't you think blacks can run their own part of America?

Black Slavery was not free apparently. America is paying for it now: welfare, crime, prisons. I don't blame a lot of black people. They didn't ask to be slaves and brought here. OTOH that was a long time ago, and most have assimilated well and are doing fine. It is a minority of the minority that are doing bad.

 

Colin Kaepernick is not unique. Many blacks like him feel absolutely no allegiance to the country and view it as an oppressive place with an unredeemable history. Don't you think they'd jump at the chance to start their own country, where they are free from oppression? Where they can make their own laws?

It's interesting how white progressives aren't interested in giving that to them.

They already have their own dnnmn country here. They've taken over every decent inner city and ruined it. They also have complete control of numerous rural areas. The Muslims are doing the same thing.

The blacks will never move totally out of the US because their underclass likes to hog up all the welfare resources, and their middle and upper classes will not be stupid enough to join them and get ripped off.

 

The Indians have the casinos and cigarettes, we could legalize drugs and give Blacks the concession.

Most black people are respectable. There are a small number that are involved in crime, gangs, drugs, etc. As Americans we have to learn to get along with everyone or just stew in hatred. We are a microcosm of the world.

We have more still and motion pictures that show the vile treatment and oppression than you could ever view in one lifetime.

And, BTW, the most dangerous, poor, and violent places in the country, where huge percentages of people get public assistance, are in places like eastern Kentucky, where virtually everybody is white.

 

Let's see some statistics that show that those places are the "most dangerous and violent places in the country".
