If I'm right then age doesn't matter. This is why I don't like giving out my age.

with age comes experience, knowledge, growth, maturity, personal reflection, etc.

I agree but that still doesn't negate the fact that if I'm right on something, my age doesn't matter.

Then I feel sorry for your potential spouse on your wedding night.

is she a good enough friend to get her girlfriends involved to make sure that is not an issue for very long?

I'm pretty sure we would figure things out pretty quickly.

No, I want fertility drugs that aren't dangerous to women. Giving birth to 8 children at once isn't natural to a woman's body and isn't healthy.

lol, if you have to resort to lie to women to have any chance to get laid...I guess you have to do what you have to do. Good luck with that.

Lot's of things are not natural, like antibiotics or birth control.

Well what you said is that you wanted to ban fertility drugs. So how can you say you don't want to control what women choose to do with the bodies? You sound like some uptight puritan who wants to control other women's vaginas.

But much of what we consume comes from other places. 9 out of 10 products in our grocery stores contain palm oil which is grown primarily in South Asia at the rain forest's expense. Should we be allowed to produce humans who consume more than our share, when our share is coming from other places? How would we feel if we had to slash and burn Yosemite to make our Doritos instead of Borneo?

We could opt to use corn oil instead....and destroy the livelihoods and economy of people in south Asia. Is that better? It sounds like you consider humans parasites no matter where they live.

Here is what you do, invent and build huge Tyrolean Space Cruisers, not those dinky little ones, become Darth Vader, build huge armies of storm troopers and rule the Galaxy, then you can make all sorts of laws, impose weapons control, the death penalty for small crimes against the State, and fight the inevitable Rebellion.
    Lol.

Nope, hydoponics is self sustainable and can be 100 % green and as part of a self contained ecosystem, a great way to control pollution and not absorb pollutants and use 100 % barren waste land, and the perfect way to produce food anywhere in the world ensuring no hunger and homes for everyone in eco living spaces.

    Think massive integrated bee hives.

I somewhat understand, most people that talk that way really wish for a World dictatorship with totalitarian rule, I would join the Rebellion.

So, where does the fertiliser come from? What energy source is used to pump the nutrient liquid? What materials have to be manufactured to hold the crops?

It is a design of mine:

A completely self contained self sustainable eco system with a revolving green cycle combining aquaculture and agriculture, All aqua based, fish farming and hydroponic farming, the base fish is baso, it consumes plant matter as it's food, the fish waste is fertilizer, power is solar superheated steam driving a turbine for electric power.
The two main sustainable crops are soy beans and water hyacinth, and bean sprouts and other vegetation.

    Think huge multilevel new hive.
    All modular and self contained.

Since it is a closed carbon cycle model, the only expended element is water loss, this is replaced by rain water collection on the surface of the hive.

Fascinating. Do you have any shots of this system operating? Is it a commercial proposition?

I designed it 15 years ago, I dare say I can reproduce the plans again for anyone interested.

You can make a working model.

It contains both active and passive systems, the actual working system also contains living quarters and processes human waste into safe base carbon components and Water vapor.

The main purpose is to have a self sustaining habitat in otherwise inhospitable land.

Reminds of of an experimental residence set up, I think, by NASA in which a small group were to live for at least twelve months surviving on nothing but sunlight. At the time though they didn't have efficient solar electricity generation and used come power generated from outside. I can't find the experiment by Googlind ( hate that as a verb!) and can't remember the name of the community. However, if we look at it as a microcosm of planet earth it's easier to understand both could only ever support a finite number of individuals.

The think that I don't like myself about hydroponics is it takes away from me one of my great joys, getting my hands in the dirt.
I have used hydroponics to grow marijuana and did have problems with fungal diseases but I suspect that was due to insufficient ventalation.
