agreed its the governments jobs to provide safety for women so that they can dress however they like in public and not be in danger of sexual assault. many conservative politicians are too greedy and don't want to redistribute the wealth neccessary to protect and serve communities where women who dress revealing are at higher risk.

I'm not in favor of telling women anything. They know it all anyway. Women have a right to exhibit sheer stupidity with total impunity. A woman's daughter was coming to Oaxaca, Mexico, to study for a few months and she wanted to know if it was safe. I responded and said it was safe if she exercised a little judgement. Specifically, I said getting very drunk in bars was not safe anywhere and going to the all-night raves and getting falling down drunk was a guaranteed problem. A couple of nitwits accused me of wanting women to live like nuns. So, do whatever you (*)(*)(*)(*) well please. Just don't look for sympathy if your stupidity catches up with you.

Good for you for taking the chance there are a lot of arsholes here though who have an obsession of oppressing their culture and options onto others and will make (*)(*)(*)(*) poor excuses to defend their bigotry. Anyone can express themselves however they want with their clothing and dress people can form whatever opinion they want but that does not excuse a crime committed against them or put them at fault. Some say that they are setting themselves up to be victimized they make the perps sound like animals with needs however they're people and have higher cognitive thinking and a conscious. They are the ones who must put the 2 together in order to avoid committing a crime and that is well in the realm of possibility. Sexual assault victims must always be treated as the victims and not be treated as a provoker of the attack. The police in particular should uphold this. Their opinions and biased views are not needed. Rape isn't about sex it's about dominance hence why i have always avoided a dominance in my relationships. The sex wouldn't be about love it would be about power.

The United States is the third most populous country in the world. The two more populated countries are third world countries where the overwhelming majority of citizens have no means to travel to the next town, let alone to another country. Therefore, using the "fact" that more Americans as a raw number travel to other countries than any other citizenry is not in any way exemplary of our interest in other countries. As a percentage of population who has been abroad, I would suspect we are very low on the list of developed countries, considering a large majority of Americans do not even have a passport.
Dress however you want, but don't expect everyone to have a high opinion of you if you choose to dress provacatively or choose to imitate the garb of prostitutes.
