The female sexual predators in our schools started exploding after Mary Kay Latourneau zeroed in on her 12 yr old student.........

 

In my opinion, the only issue was a potential conflict of interest because they were students of hers. I would have no ethical or moral problem if they were not her students in any class.

 

look at how they're getting caught. this one was because of a cell phone video.

 

i just can't bring myself to think that i'd bring out the riot baton to use on a woman.

The best part of this though is that a woman reaches her sexual peak at around 35 so when she gets out she can probably round up all these guys, get a deal with vivid and make some cash off this. She obviously has to be super ugly to get 5 years.

 

I will be glad when I can vote a chic into office, simply because she has a cute snatch. As a political-economy metric, it can't be any worse as a picker than what we have now.

 

Any adult dumb enough to fall for that gets what he or she deserves. Seriously, report it, keep a record of your grades, and that won't happen. And if it does, you can pretty much prove the accusation was true.

 

Why should it be any different in the job market then? Should a superior be prosecuted for sleeping with someone below them?

18 year olds are adults, just like 19-100 year olds. I could care less if an 18 year old man is have an orgy with seven 88 year olds. It's none of my business.

And I'm somewhat surprised the moral police are going after this chick, there isn't that big of an age difference between them. 20 somethings and late teenagers are close in age, and they date/sleep with each other at a pretty rapid rate. It isn't like this chick was 50 or anything.

 

Yeah, I don't know about this ruling. All involved were of legal age. At worst, there could be action taken by the school where it took place. I could see it as a breach of professionalism and loss of employment, but that would be the worst I could imagine from a situation like this.

They were legal adults. Should she really be imprisoned for it? It may be a MORAL failing, but I fail to the see the LEGAL violation.

The "special rule" regarding any kind of prior relationship, which supercedes the age of concent, is a bit too arbitrary for my preference,and leads to this type of overreach from the prosector's office,IMO.

 

Well this woman is obviously a little perverted, because I don't even know many women who would want 4 men at once of their same age, let alone a buncha guys 10 years younger than she, lol.

I notice you completely ignore the fact that she's their TEACHER and THAT is the problem......if she wasn't, no one would care......

Aren't any of you guys going to say that if it was your 18 yr old high school daughter and her teacher going to bed together, you'd have no problem w/that and the teach shouldn't be punished by jail? After all, your high school daughter is a big, grown up mature 18 yr old of legal age and if her teacher wants to have sex w/her and she consents b/c he's a good looking dude .... hey, no problem!

Any of you daddies of daughters want to be honest about this?

Oh yeah, did I mention her teacher who wants to have sex w/your daughter might be married w/kids?

 

No one in this situation said they were pressured or coerced. If the boys had argued she somehow used her influence or teacher role to coerce them, I'd say it's a crime, just as it would be sexual harassment if I threatened my secretary with firing if she didn't have sex with me.

But, since they were of age, and voluntarily acted, I don't think she should have been punished.
