    Regarding New Orleans. I don't think another tax dollar should be spent on that place. What idiocy is it to build a city below sea level? If it floods again we should just abandon it and let it rot. Tough love baby, tough love. Say, if I build a house in the path of a avalanche can I rely on everyone's tax dollars to re build every time my house gets buried, that is fair isn't it?
