Agreed. They need to get a message out there saying "we're better then the Republicans becouse of XYZ vote for us". They can't or will not do that. I've been here. There are times were I can come on this forum more often then other days. But, finishing up school so that is alot of time.

Republican, the most vicious, cruel, vindictive, wall street indentured, corporatist, militant, sabre rattling version of republican right wingism that we have ever seen, too boot. This version of the GOP is so focused on ideology it is not worried about the well being of the country.

Not that I am defending democrats. They are equally ruinous and venomous and are a party beholden to billionaires.

Be that as it may, when we have a one party dictatorship the majority are not being represented. We need less of these ideologies and more moderation.

The Republicans control both houses of Congress. They wouldn't have allowed Hillary to "install" anything. Did you sleep through the entire Merrick Garland discussions?

It's ridiculous how rabid some people are in supporting the most vicious and ruthless version of the GOP we've ever seen. The GOP has run right off the rails into extremism.

Obama has something on him, or we would not have gotten the ridiculous Obamacare decision out of him. That write up was so mentally contorted that only a real ******* believed it to be credible. It was pure political.

The amazing thing: ruling the ACA a "tax" IN AND OF ITSELF makes it unconstitutional!

Te only ruthless and vicious people on stage right now are shooting Republican representatives, tweeting how happy they are about that shooting; claiming Republicans are the "death" party; continuing to waste tax dollars on investigating people when theres absolutely NO PROOF anything wrong happened; they're claiming that the student who got killed by NK deserved it, celebrities wishing the president could be assassinated or posing with his severed head; people burning down cities, preventing people they don't like from speaking on campuses through violence...

You seem confused as to who the vicious people really are.

It's ruthless and vicious to keep a for profit health model. It is ruthless and vicious to take away the rights of others to satiate a small sect of evangelical single issue voters. It is militant to use legislation to force your belief on others.

I agree the left is out of its mind; but the GOP is the most vicious it has EVER been and is so ideologically skewed it is impossible not to mock them.

As much as we want all doctors and hospitals to work for no profit and only do whats good for patients, its not feasible nor possible. We can't buy up all the hospitals and stick every doctor on the govt payroll. The math doesn't add up, sorry. And sorry, but who is being denied medical care due to a small sect of evangelicals? I want to hear this craziness.

    1. Healthcare as a non-profit model works in plenty of countries, and I dismiss any argument about American exceptionalism as pure unsupported hogwash.

    2. Buy up? Single payer doesn't buy up anything; moreover, the vicious, inhumane bills proposed by the draconian right don't even answer basic healthcare necessities; and, to boot, prove the right wing sociopsychopaths don't understand one iota of health insurance or how it works.

    3. I said it was militant to use legislation to force belief on others due to single issue voters, meaning Christian hysterics who want to force their beliefs on the public via abortion legislation, religious freedom laws, etc.

The right wing is not the fiscal conservative, social liberal wing that the republican party used to be. Now, it is a bunch of sabre rattling, corporate whore, wall street indentured bitches.

You might want to talk to the former disgraced leader of the Democrat party. Hillary was neck deep in corporate funding and wall street money. You can't possibly be this naive?

It works in countries that are the size of one of our states. Scale matters. Learn business. And "working" is subjective. Its CHEAPER!!! NOT better. And students wouldn't come to our country from around the world to learn medicine if we weren't exceptional. We couldn't create the most drugs/medications either that the rest of the world benefits from. Sorry if you think that sucks.

And you never mentioned which medical procedures you're being denied by some secret society of evil Christians. Could you list them? The only one I can imagine you're talking about are abortions, and I'm quite happy to say, they are quite legal and readily available everywhere.

I'm sorry it has come to this, but considering the alternative (alt-left), this is where we are. And I'm more worried about a leftist police state than the right. Not only does the left want to meddle in every aspect of your personal life, they want to control your speech as well. The left has been sowing their seeds of hate and propensity for being offended for a number of years now, and that GMO crop of zombies are ready for harvest. When the Democrats clean up their own house, perhaps we can get back to normalcy. The swing to the right is self prescribed martial law until some order is restored.

I agree but also disagree. I don't want to deal with either police state. Right now, the two parties are not about making life better for anyone. They simply choose to police us in different ways.

But what you see is a vicious backlash to the past 8 years. Some of it is over the top, for sure. But until the violent left wing is quashed, it will be loud and messy. Some people on both sides of the extreme won't be happy unless we are in perpetual turmoil. However, the left has earned their recent beatings. In spades.

They want to continue refusing me the right to consume (marijuana.) They want to continue refusing me the right to self determine with my wife our family size (abortion.) They want to continue degrading my voice by empowering the church. They want to continue taxing me (under trumps plan) while reducing taxes for rich people.

Moreover, they also want to institute a horrendous and odious health care bill.
