Here in Germany are living some people who are experienced with up to 5 completly different forms of political systems: Kaiserreich, Weimarer Republik, Drittes Reich, Deutsche Demokratische Republik, Bundesrepublik Deutschland (even in two versions: Bonner Republik, Berliner Republik). And for the political system - if this is a system at all - of the European Union we have not even an idea about what form of system this could be.
