Renting is fine for young people starting out, but should not be the long term plan in my opinion. My niece rents a 2 BR apt and pays more than my mortgage, homeowners insurance, and property taxes combined.

They're going to go after the guns in the big blue cities where the LE are little more than activist henchman for the mayor and city council. There'll be court battles and residential sieges, but any resistance will be portrayed on the news as 'conservative terrorism' and ultimately, most 2A folks are going to just move to the country. Meanwhile rural America will remain armed to teeth and supported by LE that understand what really keeps the public safe- an armed public. The progressives are never going to try to disarm rural America. That would be like trying to send the Baltimore PD to invade all of Afghanistan. Logistically its just flat out impossible and ridiculous. Eventually the cities will become little islands of miserable, impoverished totalitarian fiefdoms pockmarking the American landscape. Just get out of them now. There's plenty of America left to be prosperous in without having to be sacrificed on the pillar of futile collectivism and virtue signaling. The cities will work themselves out eventually. But its going to get nasty there first...

 

Clearly you have not learned to live a normal life because you base your life's actions on politics instead of doing what you like to do. If you enjoy baseball why would you give it up just because of politics?

I have friends on the left that are the same way. Some refuse to go to Chick Fil A even though they love it because of politics, some will not go to Hobby Lobby after shopping there for years due to politics.
