    "
On September 1, 1992, the Kansas City, Mi
ssouri office of the Resolution Trust
    Corporation ("RTC") submitted

Criminal Referral No. C-0004 to the U.S. Attorney for the
Eastern District of Arkansas and the FBI Little Rock field office. The RTC's referral examined
criminal allegations relating to Madison Guaranty and other entities controlled by its owner, Jim
McDougal. Among these entities was Whitewater Development. The RTC's referral named Mr.
and Mrs. McDougal as suspects and both Governor and Mrs. Clinton as
    potential witnesses."

    I'm asking you
So you REALLY don't believe prosecutors engage in and create perjury traps. They used to say that about Clinton and Starr and certainly McDougal was making that claim. Do you think Susan McDougal was correct to not give any information AT ALL to the Starr investigation, which was begun on a criminal referral listing her?

The perjury trap resulted in convictions for Martha Stewart, Scooter Libby, and Mike Flynn who pled guilty although the interviewing FBI agents did not feel that Flynn was consciously misleading them. In all these cases the socalled "perjury" was "lying" (actually not remembering accurately events which happened years earlier) about things that were not crimes. Prosecutors commonly use these tactics against organized crime and terrorists.

The fact that you don't care about the entrapment of innocent civilians is disgusting.

It’s not entrapment to charge someone who lied with lying lol

The IG probe into the Hillary investigation...where they said bias played no role and defended her not being charged

That’s not what they concluded. But those who are mired in the MSNBC/CNN cesspool don’t know the truth.

That seems to often be your response when you have no idea what to say.

Yeah and they didn't claim Obama was not born in the US, and they didn't support multiple investigations into Benghazi that all went nowhere, and they didn't say Hillary was running an international child sex trafficking ring out of a pizza parlor. And you fell for all of those and more. This is another one of those.

A minor detail of no consequence be found in conflict with a long ago forgotten email being turned into a giving a false statement.

Nope. His lawyers are too smart to let him. They know he either doesn't know what the truth is or thinks he is too smart to get caught. The first is probably true and the second demonstrably false since the news media catches him almost endlessly.

That doesn't preclude following up on crimes discovered during the investigation. Try again. And " c" says exactly that all the crimes charged are integral to his investigation since "c" is part of the description of the scope of the investigation. . But of course the Attorney General could, I guess, have challenged Mueller under this vague claim but guess what, he didn't. So there you go. You got nothing.

Oh and in this case since Sessions recused himself the acting Attorney General to be consulted would have been Rosenstein who apparently didn't have an issue with the scope of Mueller's investigation.

I know exactly what entrapment is and have given several examples.
