You still have no understanding that the appointment letter -- even thought it, too, was legally accurate -- trumps [no pun intended] the law of a special prosecutor appointment.

 

You evidently will take to your grave that an appointment letter is more valid than the law that covers special prosecutor appointments. (Even though the actual appointment letter does not contradict the law -- your interpretation of the law and the letter both are faulty.)

What you fail to understand is his integral investogation as authorized in the letter spelling out his authority ( reread "c" ) gives Mueller authority to follow up on any federal crimes uncovered during his investigation.

The indictments, convictions, and confessions he has secured and elicited in the course of his investigation into all aspects of Russia's meddling in the US democratic process to help Trump and hurt Clinton may be clues as to where his progress will lead, but wishful speculation is little more than that.

We really won't know until his patriotic mission has been completed and his report submitted, if then.
