I'm curious. If a federal law were passed making it illegal to wear a blue shirt on Wednesday, would you be okay with that?

I assume the man had a job. He would have to provide a SS number to do so. Providing false Federal Documents is a felony.

I will give him that hevwas 10 ( legally a child) when his criminal parents brought him in illegally. Yet if you used a faked or stolen SS number to work he is a criminal in his own right. When I went through the background checks to become a naturalized citizen if I had committed a felony or even a serious midomeaner I would have been denied citizenship and sent back to the land of the NAZIS aka Germany.

Lol, except the social security administration does not renege social security eligibility based on whether you committed a crime while paying into social security. They keep taking your dollars and they pay you your benefits when you hit 65 whether you were convicted of larceny or assault twenty years ago or not.

Why shouldn't a person be allowed to invite any other person onto their private property? From anywhere?

It does get emotional when someone violates American Sovereignty and gets away with it for years while living an otherwise decent life. Sometimes the chickens come home to roost and they are held accountable. How can we turn our back on violations without condoning illegal entry?
IMHO anger and emotions should be reserved for those that comitted the initial act.....that is violating our borders. Consequences belong to them. If we pass DACA without strictly enforcing our border.....there will be a DACA II.

Without the wall, end to chain migration and no e-verify, we will visit DACA II within a couple decades. The collective party would revel in that!

First we go for the big fish (cartels, MS13, violent criminals).
To go after a father who has planted roots and raised a family here for 30 years is outrageous.

No, I do not care about silly comparisons. Just come out with what you are trying to say.

Name calling aside, why shouldn't a person be allowed to invite any other person onto their private property? From anywhere?

Again, a silly comparison. Just say what it is you want to say and stop beating around the bush.

Because we have immigration laws preventing that

And the reason we have laws is because we want to limit who can or cant enter the US

Yes, I am aware. But my question was: Why shouldn't a person be allowed to invite any other person onto their private property? From anywhere?

In other words, what is the justification for the law you cite?

Hm, you seem reluctant to answer a simple question: If a federal law were passed making it illegal to wear a blue shirt on Wednesday, would you be okay with that?

I do not care about blue shirts. I do not need to wear one nor do I need an illegal alien gardener and maid.

Why are you so adamant about refusing to answer a simple question?

If a federal law were passed making it illegal to wear a blue shirt on Wednesday, would you be okay with that?

I just answered it. I can be more specific however: If blue shirts were coming into the country illegally, yes I would be ok with it. In fact if that were the case I would say blue shirts should be banned.

We the people decide through our elected reps to control our borders

    Thats our right

Why do we have any laws?

You may own your own home but if you turn it into a junk pile your neighbors will complain and mske you clean it up

And unless you have a Star Trek transporter the illegal alien had to access public roads to reach your private land
