I want more for that deal. end birthright citizenship, welfare reform, and no more affirmative action... in fact, end all race driven gov programs.

Question is, who do you blame? The ones finally enforcing the law after it was intentionally unenforced for 30 years, or the ones who let all these people stay long enough for them to form messy family connections that will be heart-wrenching to break?

Here's another question: What do you do when undocumented parents have children and now the children are 18 years old? Do you deport the parents, separating them from their children, since the children have birth right citizenship, and may not even be able to speak the language of their parents well?

What makes him a criminal? Unlawful presence isn't a crime by statute or by malice.

Unlawful presence isn't a crime? When are conservative going to actually learn about the laws they claim they want people to follow? That's right, they won't. They are hypocritical as the progressive left. It's all about feelings, not what's actually written.

Except, of course, the Americans who want to hire this guy and associate with. But, like all progressive authoritarians, you know what is best for everyone and that law should reflect your feelings.

It's a misdemeanor. Not a felony. How is it you people aren't ashamed of your blatant ignorance of the laws you demand that others follow? You think that others allow their emotions to interfere, but this thread proves that conservatives remain willfully ignorant of immigration laws so that they can allow their feelings to dictate their reality.

You are a conservative against guns or is it that your thinking is the result of years of narcotics abuse? I'm willing to believe both.

Maybe I didn't understand this, but you do understand that it is collectivist that complains about regulations? Aren't you the one complaining that people are coming here "unregulated"? If so, that makes you the collectivist.

Or maybe I just read you wrong?

But crossing the border illegally is a crime.

Flipping burgers or cutting someones lawn for money and not being authorized to work in America is a crime.

Stealing someones identity like using someone else social security number is a major felony.

    I know utopia doesn't exist. That's why I'm a libertarian. I face reality.

But then again people like you bully people to protect themselves from...people just like you. This is why you are all the same. Democrat and Republicans....conservatives and progressives. Anything goes as long as you get your way. The end always justifies the means. Democrats want to be in my wallet (among other things) and conservatives want to be in my bedroom (among other things). You both endorse nation building and war with counties that have done nothing here. You both think that just because you have 50%+1 vote that someone somehow conveys a right to a group that you do not have as individuals. You believe in the violence of the mob and that might makes right. Your belief is derived from the same knuckle dragging cave dwellers that used clubs to beat otherwise peaceful people into submission. You speak of freedoms yet haven't the faintest idea what freedom truly is. These are the realities I face, and the ones that you avoid.

So you tell me to grow up, yet you and your ilk act like the play ground bullies. No, I think you have that backwards and I think you should grow up because people like you will ruin the game for everyone.

So now I am sure that you will report this, because you'll want to take your ball and go home. When their noses are bloodied, that's what playground bullies do.

Yeah, how immature it is to consider it wrong to use violence to achieve one's political ends.

Included in that is the fact he used a faked SS card, which is a felony.

So what is the message here?

Ok I will give you that breaking and entering into a country may be a misdemeanor not a felony. Still it is a crime.

I agree that is a felony. Do you have a link? So was he using someone else's SS number? Or was it a faked paper card? So our ass administration did not know which numbers were issued back then?
