Who pays for the cops to find that black guy? Who pays for the cops to arrest and hold that black guy? Who pays for the court to try him? Who pays for the prison to house, feed and entertain him? Who pays for his parole hearings? Who pays for his drugs while he's in prison? Who pays for his medical care while he's there?
