Voluntarily "backing out" or just plain being left without a sensible argument is the same thing. You have been unable to define "kid" and the term "killing" also has you stymied. People who don't admit they are wrong seem to think it's the same as being right and considering the fact that it is you who brought up the idea of "backing out" it pretty much indicates that's where you are right now. So, don't "back out" if it makes you feel better.

The issue here is whether the government interferes with the decision a patient makes about her own body.
