Racism is kinda part of human nature. You are programmed to be more accepting of those who look like you, and share the same culture. Its just science. I personally hope that we can get over racism, that would be a great thing for everyone.
It will vanish one day as ignorance about other cultures and religions is eroded. Racism is a fear and a lack of understanding of other people. How can anyone with an ounce of intelligence judge somebody on the colour of their skin or what god they pray to?
The Romans seem to have missed out on that particular aspect of ideology. Like most examples of 'human nature' it is strangely selective, suiting the prejudices of those whose holy faith it is. Sancta simplicitas!
Racism is code for a tool to be used by blacks and liberals alike in order to play the sympathy (race baiting) card to ensure the welfare entiltement bennies keep rolling in for the so-called oppressed and downtrodden in our society. Any lack of understanding of a race of people (blacks) comes from within, as the majority of blacks will never understand how and why they'll never succeed in life. In short, they can't keep using the race card and a liberally designed wealth redistribution policy to make it in America. Blacks using racism as a tool to penalize or punish hard working WHITES isn't gonna fly no more no matter how loud the cries of an al sharpless or a jessie 'keep hope alive' jackhole shout.
Race is an arbitrary trait. The problem is the human instinct of tribalism. Race is only used because it is such an obvious trait. If we were all the same race, we'd find different ways to divide ourselves.
Red ants and black ants are both ants. They naturally oppose eachother. Wolves and foxes are both K9s. They naturally oppose eachother. (In your mind) black "people" and Whites people are both people. They naturally oppose eachother. Sorry if that doesn't fit your wimpy liberal agenda. But it's fact and it's happening all over western society, no matter what country you're in.
I've lived in majority black neighborhoods on both sides of the Atlantic for around 30 years. I'm also a proud racist and living proof that you're wrong. Your argument is flawed, naive, stupid, childish, ignorant and looks like it's been taken from right out of the liberal brainwashing handbook.
Well, you do know that some places are still practically all-White, all-black and all-Asian, right? I mean, you did know that, right? It keeps you safe and alive. As a racist, I refuse to associate with black "people." Which results in me being statistically FAR safer and more likely to remain alive and well than someone who is completely ignorant and naive about racial issues and thinks we're all equal except for skin color.

Yeah, and all those places are just free of conflict, right? Here in America we consider Asian a race, but to Asians there is a world of difference between Chinese, Japanese, etc. They have the exact same types of tensions, they just use different factors. Others do it by race since they don't have time to interview everyone they meet to see if they like building sandcastles.
But if you lived in a certain area, you'd be better off hanging with asians instead of whites. go down south, those white people are just as bad as any black people. It's called culture buddy. Why not just keep the different races/ethnicities separated into different nations? Then there will not even be a need to concern ourselves with the problem of racial conflict. The more racial diversity and migration is pushed on us, the more racism there is going to be. If you really want to avoid racism in the future, stop pushing diversity!
Because we will find ways to create conflict within ourselves. Homogeneous neighborhoods of poor people of all races are dangerous as hell, all the conflict in the world. Why? Because people are stupid and violent. I say we just get rid of the idiots.
Your problem is that somehow you think that people with different skin colors are different species. That cannot be farther from the truth. Genetics have proven that there are no significant differences between whites and blacks. The "Bell Curve" has been disproven numerous times so don't go there. And no this is not some "wimpy liberal agenda", this is scientific fact. The only real difference between whites and blacks is one of culture. In fact your arguments for segregation are not based on the biology of blacks but on the culture and since culture is a learned, then not all blacks are going to have the same culture so the whole idea of segregation by skin color falls apart.
I would be interested in hearing where you live because here in San Diego, our crime rates are BELOW the national average, and we are a very diverse city. I am Caucasian but my wife isnt. She has friends of all races, I have friends of all races and we get along great. The only thing we ever really argue about is the music we are going to listen to. When your society is no longer segregated then you ARE safer. Yes statistics show that certain races are more likely to commit certain crimes (just like Whites are more likely to be serial killers, than say an Asian man) however when you look at the actual cause you see it comes from ECONOMIC conditions. You call me stupid, but you are the one afraid of an entire race (or multiple races) of people. I have great friendships that will last a life time. And an exotic, beautiful wife and two beautiful children. We are a mixed race family and life is great because we all love each other. People like you on ALL sides of the race issue are the reason for the problems.
