Worried Trump could 'go rogue,' Milley took top-secret action to protect nuclear weapons

They swear to obey the orders of superiors. Commander in Chief is superior to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. An honorable military man who feels he cannot obey an order has the option is resign his commission. Milley had absolutely no idea what Trump was planning to do, yet he decided to undercut his authority. Milley is clearly not a honorable military man, he should be court martialed or resign in disgrace.

 

Giving advance warning to China, one of our biggest adversaries, is at the least a violation of the Hatch or Logan act.

 

We peons really should stop and take a breath. We are losing control of our government and now the military because flag and general officers stood by and did nothing and the POTUS was shoved aside. Shoved aside like Biden deserves to be, but properly, according to the Constitution, not by some hot shot General.

 

He colluded with a potential enemy and undercut the Commander in Chief's authority. Resign in disgrace or be court martialed.

My enlisted oath was the same as what you posted.

 

Milley gave a pledge to China he would give them advanced warning if America attacked.

He demanded an oath to him by the military.

Actually, I think Milley is the Masked Singer, he climbed the Matterhorn in 20 minutes last week, and also one of the ball boys at the Djokovic/Medvedev match on Sunday..

I am pretty sure the average person has NO clue what LEOs and military go through. They would hide under their blankies for the rest of their lives if they did.

Yep, Every department has one or two. And, the bad part about it is the system is designed so these loose cannons can't even seek help. They always told us "never ask to see a counselor unless you want to derail your career." Great, so we let all people on the street with a badge and weapons and they are about two seconds off killing somebody with their bare hands.

It's required if an officer is involved in a shooting but it's mostly a formality. And, despite what some people think of cops, we're human. A killing, ANY killing in the department effects everybody. I hope they stop stigmatizing mental health services in the department. Nobody should have to see the stuff we see and not be allowed to process it in a safe and helpful environment.

Where are you getting that "he warned China"? Certainly not the OP link... I've read it 3x.... Milley certainly has regular conversations with his "counterparts" all over the world....

China didn't need to be warned by anybody in this country that we possibly had a madman on the loose...

It might just be me, but I think death is "real damage".
A few hundred of them contributed to the death of a Capitol police officer and 4 others who committed suicide due to the riot (one of the rioters also committed suicide once he returned home).

That ilk has also destroyed Mike Pence's political career (based on a lie). Nobody should be afraid to go to sleep in their own house.

They are even whitewashing Trump negotiating with terrorists (and it was that deal that lead to the death of our soldiers and innocent Afghani citizens).

They don't even seem to care that he invited actual terrorists to Camp David (to break bread in OUR COUNTRY).

And, the problem isn't just physical or mental prowess. These people are seemingly willing to burn the Constitution for this monster.

By staging a riot to overturn the election, Trump destabilized the country enough that Milley had to warn China not to try anything.
