again, playing with a toy in the park is stupid? Silly Darkie, rights are for white people.

No, the thing that was wrong here was the Officer Timothy Loemann was ever made a police officer, given his mental instability. And that's the problem here. If you look at the cops involved in these incidents, you aren't finding guys with clean records. You are finding guys with lots of problems.

For instance, the guy who shot LaQuan McDonald, had 20 civilian complaints in his file. One of them involved calling a suspect a racial slur, another involved him dislocating a suspect's shoulder during an arrest, where the city paid out $375,000 in damages. Yet this guy was still a cop. He was still a cop for a year after shooting McDonald, until they finally got that tape released to the public. Right now, while they are waiting for him to go on trial, the FOP has him pretending to sweep floors at their union hall.

He was only charged with murder after the public demanded to see the tape and agitated for years. And it's still going to be a while.

But let's look at the other two.

Brown- Sorry, shoplifting is not a capital offense. At the time he was fatally shot, he was 100 feet from Officer Wilson. Witnesses who said he had his hands up were not called to the grand jury, witnesses who were more questionable were, including a white woman who perjured herself. Wilson was allowed to make a self-serving statement to the grand jury without being challenged by a DA whose own father was a cop killed by a suspect and should have recused himself.

Tamir Rice was shot 1.5 seconds after Timothy Loemann exited his vehicle. The toy gun was not out, it was in his jacket, he didn't have it in his hand. Did I also mention he was a 12 year old boy. On top of that, Loemann was fired from another police department for having a mental breakdown and acting inappropriately on a firing exercise.

Except he wasn't sticking it in Officer McShooty's face. It was in his waistband under his coat. And his older sister was 10 feet away from him.

Justice is slow. Deal with it.

Bull(*)(*)(*)(*). Brown was shot with a pistol not a rifle he wasn't 100 feet away. That witness is not credible unless Wilson had a magical pistol.

None of this matters police can't tell if a gun is fake especially when they have been modified. I don't believe you about the gun being in his jacket.

I can't be responsible for your ignorance of the case.

    http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2015/12/expert_says_tamir_rice_had_han.html

An expert in biomechanics and kinetics has determined that Tamir Rice's hands were in his pockets and never came out of them when he was shot by Cleveland police officer Timothy Loehmann last December.

The expert also found that Tamir's toy gun was not visible to either Loehmann or his partner, Frank Garmback, and Loehmann shot Tamir less than a second after exiting the patrol car, not the 1.7 seconds that other experts have found.

    Whoops.

Oh, wait, though I was wrong about the distance. It wasn't 100 feet. It was 148 Feet.

    http://www.alternet.org/civil-liber...n-was-killed-148-feet-away-darren-wilsons-suv

yeah. Whoops. Nothing to see here.

Sorry but the evidence and reality point in exactly the opposite direction.

The first shots fired at Brown were less than fifty feet, all the witnesses save one, his partner in crime, said brown was in a head long charge toward officer Wilson. And please note the forensic evidence supports this regardless of what any witnesses say.

So what if he was 100 or 148 feet away from the suv, the officer got out of the suv and ran after him..

this is a good article on the events on how the witnesses completely where contradicting themselves

To say nothing of which 145 feet would be at the very limit of effective pistol range around fifty yards.

Many of those arrests would have been wrongful arrests.

    400 deaths is not insignificant.

Yeah, the witness that said he was 100 feet away either greatly exaggerated, has no real concept of distance or is a complete liar.

Not to mention forensics can tell how close the shot was. They likely didn't include the witness because her testimony would easily be refuted by lawyers with loads of time to talk to ballistic specialists. I'm none of those and I destroyed her testimony.

Demonstrably anything where you have 400 positive results in 12 million tests is statistically insignificant. Particularly when the vast majority of these deaths are justified police shootings.

It is nowhere near the number of people killed or victimized by gang members every single year.

Not even going to read any further than this. The real question should be, how many blacks were shot by blacks? My guess is 98% of them.

So blacks are twice as likely to attack police even when not armed? Weird.

a lot of witnesses said he had his hands up, but the DA didn't call them. He did call the mentally ill woman with a history of racism, though.

    http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nat...and-jury-racist-liar-report-article-1.2047404

A grand jury witness who claimed Michael Brown charged at Ferguson, Mo., cop Darren Wilson “like a football player” is a racist, mentally ill woman who likely wasn’t there when the unarmed black teen was killed, according to reports.

Convicted felon Sandra McElroy — an outspoken backer of Wilson on Facebook — previously lied to police and didn’t give authorities a statement about the Aug. 9 killing until Sept. 11, well after several descriptions of the shooting had been detailed in the press, an investigation by news website The Smoking Gun found.

Because we No there was one, his partner in crime, there were more than one that disagreed with hands up don't shoot and many of those that said that was true, weren't even in the vicinity at the time. Further more there were bullet wonds in Wilson's arms that strongly contraindicated the 'hands up don't shoot' meme.

Actually, all that proves is that the bullets hit his arms when they were at a certain angle, not when those bullets got there. He was shot 8 times, after all.

The thing is, the DA put people like Witness 40 up, and confused the issue as much as possible before letting Wilson make a self-serving statement with no challenge.

Joe that's not even a "nice try". You seem to be pretending that you forgot that the Dept of Justice cleared Darren Wilson of any wrongdoing:

    http://www.usnews.com/news/articles...ce-department-probe-of-michael-brown-shooting

"Darren Wilson will not face federal civil rights charges for shooting and killing unarmed black teenager Michael Brown, the Justice Department announced Wednesday. The agency found in its investigation “no credible evidence that Wilson willfully shot Brown as he was attempting to surrender or was otherwise not posing a threat.”"

And that is Eric Holder's DoJ saying that, sooo........

Precisely so, and since this was the consistently White loathing cops hating Obama DOJ saying this you know that they really meant it since no doubt they tried to make anything and everything they could invent fit the conviction criteria. So they had . . . nothing.

You don't know what you are talking about, he didn't take off anywhere he was going into his apartment building where he lived and they came up on him.

    - - - Updated - - -

That is why the police don't have to worry about prosecution, as long as, their lawyers can get folks like you on the jury.

    - - - Updated - - -

Right, but whites kill more police than anyone. Hmmm.

Actually 6, 3 hitting his arms, all witness agree that multiple shots were fired in a brief period of time, and the bullets show direction and arm position relative to the remainder of his body. He was struck in the vest and biceps meaning his hands couldn't have been up.
