I’d with Biden the democrats are giving Trump a 50-50 shot at regaining the white house. Trump has led in the polls since September of last year. Worse yet for Biden, is he has lost the support of the independent vote he had in 2020. In 2020 Trump won independents 54-41 over Trump. Today Biden is trailing among independents 39-33 with the rest in the vote third party, will not vote or undecided columns.

With Biden, he must find a way to regain the support of independents in order to defeat Trump. He’s dropped 21 points from the support Biden had among independents in 2020. Trump has so far dropped only 2 points. Which simply means independents aren’t flocking to Trump, they’re still avoiding him while independents certainly soured on Biden. Instead of voting for him, they’re not in the third party column, 14 out of that 21 point drop, 5 in the will not vote column and 5 undecided.

Now I’m of the opinion that almost any other democrat would be trouncing Trump as he also has dropped in support of independents. Granted by only 2 points, but he had just 41% support in 2020. Those independents who were against Trump in 2020 are still against him this year. Yes, I believe dumping Biden for almost any other democratic candidate would ensure Trump’s defeat.

My post was a satire to a reply. Sotomayer is not retiring and Kamala is not replacing her. Nor Biden dropping out

By the way since when it became a thing that SC Justices need to be graduated from Harvard or Yale?

I don't know who you're talking to, but I never had any 'fantasies' in 2020. I agree that whatever Democrats dredge up from their woke-toilet will win this November, whether Trump's the Republican nominee or not. Whether or not Geriatric Joe is the Demo choice! And I've explained why a dozen times in the last two months. (Hint: the well-known bottomless pit of Democrat promises for "free stuff" :xd: ).

Oh, and if it helps you dispel your little cloud of illusion, I don't want Trump back in the White House, either! Surprised...?

As far as Sotomayor goes, here's an interesting story you may enjoy from a favorite news site of every lib wokester I know of... the Huffington Post: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/sonia-sotomayor-medic-retirement_n_65d8ec05e4b0cc1f2f7bab77 . Keep your eye on her as we approach July....

Let's see how well your 'drugs' work in July, and in August. Better have a large supply because I suspect the shock is going to be traumatic for you.... 8)

Oh, BTW, you and some of your little friends may enjoy this: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/sonia-sotomayor-medic-retirement_n_65d8ec05e4b0cc1f2f7bab77 . My crystal ball shows Kamala-la-la having a new job before the end of this year....

I was told Joe Biden is planning to appoint Barack Hussein Obama , Hillary Rodham Clinton and Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama and expand the SCOTUS from 9 to 12 before November.

After that he will go back to take a nap , and still win in November by landslide.

History lesson: the great hyperliberal demi-god, Frankie Roosevelt, tried this "packing the court" crap back in 1937, and the effort fell flat on its face (even though Frankie's welfare-based platform in his 1936 presidential re-election campaign was a big success). Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judicial_Procedures_Reform_Bill_of_1937#:~:text=The bill came to be,70 and failed to retire.

If the Great Architect of the 'welfare-handouts-for-votes' prototype couldn't ram this court-packing scam into being, what makes you think that a mediocrity like Geriatric Joe can get it done? Fuhgeddaboudit!

Yes, but -- Kamala Harris has been the Attorney General of the State of California, which suggests to the Democrat senators who will vote to confirm her that, yeah, she knows something about the law. Besides, she's successfully passed herself off as being Black (or, Black enough). So -- she's been a state AG, she's a female, and she's Black (sort of). She'll be a staunchly committed liberal-bloc voter in the SCOTUS! What else does a Democrat senator need to consider...? AND, it gets her out of the political limelight, clearing the way for Gavin Newsom....
