    I want to know what she means, "it will all come out in the autopsy?" Its out, the kid had brain damage, signs of liver damage and "fair" teeth. The only thing missing is the full toxicology. Some can "read" the autopsy but if they don't understand what they are reading is a whole other issue.

    It seems GZ isn't the monster people want him to be. The character assassination continues despite more and more info coming out that clears GZ.

    Again, like I said in the previous thread, the question is not if GZ had head trauma. It is if a reasonable person would believe or not that the continuation of TM slamming GZ's head into the concrete could have caused GZ great bodily harm as he obviously believed. That is the case...not what WAS done.

    You are correct. It comes down to perception. Take a look at this ruling:

    The injuries are just one element of the situation. And that isn't considering tnat Trayvon was reaching for GZ's gun.

    George's injuries are proof that he is lying about having his bald head repeatedly banged against the side walk and about being punched in the face 25 times.

    No it's not. He had a broken nose and cuts to both the back and front of his head. GZ simply did not let TM slam his head into the ground, he fought back which could explain why his injuries are less severe than you might expect. Also, there is no telling what TM could have done if allowed to continue with the beating, and therein lies the question. Would a reasonable person believe GZ that he feared for his life and thus shot TM? Would they believe that if allowed to continue TM could have caused serious bodily harm or even death to GZ?

    I believe the context of those quotes were along the lines of "Did TM know you were armed prior to attacking you". To which the obvious answer is no given the amount of concealment his weapon had. During the course of the altercation his shirt came up and exposed his weapon. TM could have easily saw the weapon at that point and went for it.

    You are correct again! The injuries themselves are only part of the equation and proof GZ was attacked. GZ didn't know if Trayvon was armed or not. If a person will bang another person's head on the concrete then they have no regard for human life. That means their intent is to purposely cause bodily harm or even death.

    George is lying because his injuries no way support his claim of a savage beating.. and because Trayvon was 47 feet from the T..

    Now THINK.. its 45 feet from the home plate to the pitcher's mound.

    George wants you to believe that Trayvon punched GZ at the T, then sat on him (beating him savagely) banging his head on the sidewalk and smothering him.. while George shimmied over 40 feet on his back..

    The court may erupt in laughter.

    There is no proof of 47ft. Distances are floating around and no one has yet to substantiate that I know of.

    Wrong. The injuries are proof there was a fight. Only Dee Dee's testimony offers insight as to who started the fight.

    Sure he did.. Listen to the recordings of George's interviews at SPD.

    Serino asks George twice.. the second time he says " Are you sure Trayvon didn't get a peek at your gun even by accident?"
