    She testified under oath and penalty of perjury.

    Hopefully that means more to her than it does to Zimmerman and his family.

    Didn't the prosecutor say at the first bond hearing that they didn't know who the agressor was?

    Oh, so you are suggesting that the bond hearing incident negates everything GZ says happened? Does not compute.

    Where are you getting these distances from?

    Again, nobody has verified these distances, you are pulling them out of your ass essentially. Just stop.

    These witnesses have flip flopped more than a presidential candidate. Its hard to take what they say seriously.

    It did to Zimmerman's attorney. He admitted that Zimmerman's credibility has been damaged and is now an issue.

    Why should we believe someone who would conspire and lie to a court of law? Not only does it hurt his credibility but he may also be facing contempt of court charges in the future.

    Because GZ believed TM was armed, I have a difficult time believing GZ did not pull his gun out of his holster before he spotted TM and approached him.

    I surmise that when he realized after the shooting that TM was not armed, he decided not to claim that he believed TM was armed because such a claim would have been inconsistent with the struggle and screaming.

    That is, if TM were armed, he would have drawn his weapon during the fight. A claim that he believed TM was reaching for his (TM’s) weapon and he (GZ) killed him to prevent TM from killing him would not withstand scrutiny.

    I believe GZ said he didn't know if Trayvon was armed or not. Alot of criminals carry weapons as well as burglary tools. That is a good reason for a concerned citizen to legally carry. Just in case they are ambushed by a criminal.

    Now what cop did Zimmerman talk to before the shooting? You are aware a 911 operator is not a police officer right? So when did Zimmerman disobey a cop after he called the non emergency line?

    It wasn't 911, I just use that term for brevity. It was the Sanford Police Department non-emergency line. Which is probably answered by a police officer and if not it is still answered by someone representing themselves as an agent of the Sanford Police Department. Notice in the call, the officer/operator doesn't tell Zimmerman I don't need you to do that, he says WE don't need you to do that. Meaning the Sanford Police Department -- not an operator -- was instructing him not to follow Martin.

    So to answer your question bluntly. Yes, Zimmerman disobeyed the instructions of the Sanford Police Department.
