And a machinist who has to make all kinds of calculations and advanced planning, they just don't put a piece of metal into a lathe and hit a button as he said.

Buy low, sell high. That's all there is to it. Dig a hole, drop in a seed, add water. Takeoff, land at destination. Piloting is so simple. Psychiatry too, just say "get over it." Sculpting, just remove the stone that doesn't belong. Painting, buy a good paint brush. Writing, buy a good word processor. Photography, buy a good camera. Politics, buy votes.

    So easy!

Except it doesn’t matter who the Dems nominate. Incumbent presidents rarely don’t get re-elected.

    Listen to the audio recordings.

The problem for Bloomberg is that some Blacks consider his comments racist and Democrats have portrayed "stop and frisk" as racist.

We'll see if that hurts him in the upcoming primaries in the South, and judging from some of the articles I've read in The Nation and elsewhere it looks like it will. I certainly don't think they're going to help him gain ground on Biden in the region.

Given Bloomers' background it is easy to see why he considers farmers and manual workers to be inferior = http://www.come-and-hear.com/dilling/chapt05.html#Farming_Inferior_for_Jews. Since he has lived his whole life with those beliefs it is silly to think that he will change them this week. It will not happen.

The thing is that he he becomes the nominee He will easily win with Lying Crooked Hillary (LCH) as his VP. She could have won in 2016 if she had stayed sober and actually campaigned.

Bloomers problem is that he needs the black vote in the South to win the primaries but he only needs it in Texas and Florida to win the election.

Chalk this one up to another "deplorable" moment. More to come from all of them I am sure.

The problem is Nanny State Mike has to win the Dam nomination before he can lose to Trump in Texas and compete in Florida.

Unless there's a brokered convention, I don't see Bloomberg getting the Dam nom, and a brokered convention will be an unqualified disaster for Democrats. I fully expect this year's DNC to be an even bigger fiasco than 2016.

In another moment during his Oxford remarks, Bloomberg implied that more intelligent people are more likely to believe in individual rights.

"We, the intelligentsia, the people who could make it in this room," Bloomberg told the Oxford crowd, "We believe in a lot of things in terms of equality and protecting individual rights that make no sense to the vast bulk of people. They're not opposed to the idea of you having some rights, but there's a fundamental disconnect between us believing the rights of the individual come first and the general belief around the world, I think it's fair to say, that the rights of society come first."

Is Mike speaking intelligentsia here? We the "bulk people" need an interpreter, and for Mike's own safety, because when I run the above text through babble-fish alarms go off along with a flashing dialog box: "Incompatible life form detected. Kill it immediately before it multiplies."

Progressives showing their true colors and beliefs. Most liberals couldn't handle the science and technology that goes into maximizing yields.

Then you should be knowledgable to know it's far more than throwing a seed in a hole. That's a stupid and ignorant statement.

It's all in the eye (or ear) of the beholder, and often perception is reality.

It's not my problem - it's Nanny State Mike's problem. I would never vote for the man.

As I said , Bloomers needs the southern black vote to win the nomination but he only needs it in Texas and Florida to win the election. Texas has 16 million registered voters this year. In 2016 less than 9 million bothered to vote. Florida was close and a few more (112,911) would have given LCH the win. The reality is that LCH could have won if it hadn't been for Gary Johnson and she had gotten his votes in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Florida. That would have given her a total of 307 votes. To win the Presidential election it is not necessary to waste time campaigning in every State. That is why national polls are meaningless.

I expect the Dem candidate to win the Blue States that voted for Hillary so if the Dem can flip Florida and Texas we will have a Dem President. They might even be able to add Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.

    Eh.. not really.

How do you think doctors would feel if he said "we could anybody to do it. Get the patient on the bed, cut him open, insert stint, sew him up. Anybody could be taught to do that"

    Um, no.

"Hook up the hose, turn on the water, and point it at the flames"

It's not that he said he could teach anybody, it's the demeaning way he simplified the process to make it appear they arent very smart.

It seems that there is very little difference between Bloomers and old-time guys like George Wallace & Oral Faubus except that Bloomers isn't fond of working whites in addition to hating blacks. I guess he thinks that he will 2,800 as slaves in the afterlife.
