Removing Sunni military leaders occurred in 2003.

It would have not been the next South Korea, the religious fractions and national fractions would never allow that.
Korea is a country which grew over 100dred of years, Iraq is a construct from past WWI, without regards of the internal religious fractions and tribes.
The US invasion just blew the powder cache.

It may not have been as successful but it would have continued to be a Democratic Constitutional Republic with Shia, Sunni, Christian, Kurd, and women representatives. Iraq has an abundance of oil which would guarantee a successful economy under a capitalist system. Shia and Sunni get along fine. Some tribes have both Shia and Sunni members.

Shia and Sunni do not get along fine and the Kurds have their own idea of statehood, which scares, Syria, Turkey, Iraq and Iran.
The Kurds sit on the Oil in Iraq and on the important pipe lines.
The Kurds dislike the Shia and Sunni, they dislike the Kurds and each other.
When the US went into Iraq it completely ignored what a hornet nest this country is, because of what happened post WWI.
Sadam was the ruthless SOB it takes to keep a mismatch like this country together. The US replaced Sadam and forced a system onto the country, which it is not made for.
Everybody had to play nice, while the US tank was sitting out side the building.
Despite the tank, the Kurds used the infighting between S and S to enlarge their holdings and took over the most important oil fields.
When the US pulled out the country fell apart and was easy piking for Isis, except for the Kurdish teretorries.
It never was what you claim a democracy in the ME, only at US gun point, forced to be a democracy, which included everybody.
Iran and the Saudies run that country and want it

That doesn't reflect any history of Iraq other than when they were under a dictatorship. Different groups "get along" when they are under a despotism. When that boot is lifted, those groups turn on each other. Iraq, like most of the middle east, is a kinship society, with a weak sense of nationhood. Kinship societies don't really form strong democracies.

Shia ans Sunni are sworn enemies, sure some may get along, but as a rule they kill each other.
This stems from the murder of Ali, The 4th calief. and his whole family.
This is an important event in the Shia's lives, "Ashura" where the nutcases mutilate themselves to feel the pain Ala Suffered.
Google "Ashura", It's funnier than a Muslim rave party.

That’s a sad and inaccurate assessment of the success of the Iraq War and the resulting success of the Iraqi democracy in bringing together various Iraqi factions into a working republic. Obama gave away with Iran on the border. Maliki caved because he had no choice.

As soon as the US presence is gone, the country will explode.
They need a merciless dictator to keep the animals in line.

How do you know that Iraq would not have succeeded if we had stayed ??? All democracies face the same issues. If Shia and Sunni can cooperate as members of the same tribe they can cooperate as citizens of the same country.

Actually some of it did, lots of Sunni were killed, and Jews and Christians were caught in the crossfire.

Where ?? When ?? If you are correct why did Obama pull out knowing that violence would ensue ?? Was he stupid or corrupt or he just didn't care ??

That's not an answer, I am not reading a book looking for something that is not there.

You made the statement that Sunni and Shia are in the same tribe.
    I asked a simple question.
    What tribe is that.

Sure it is. The answer is contained in the book. Read it and learn.

    No it is not,
And I am not reading a book looking for answer that is not there.
All I want is the name of the tribe,
    why can't you tell me.

You seem to be so out of touch with reality, you have no concept of what is going on between these two sects.
Just your questions, and excuses, show zero knowledge of the subject.

It is a very accurate assessment. Iraq was only a working republic because the US forced it to be so. It went from dictatorship to dictatorship since WWI, never had the chance to sort itself out. It was drawn up on a map with a ruler and a pen, without regard of its ethnic and religious fractions, like Yugoslavia. Once the strongman was gone it fell apart, tore itself apart.
The US could have stayed in Iraq for a hundred years and than left, it would have not mattered. The moment the strongman leaves, they would be at each others thought's, civil war.
As long as the US had its tanks and the folks it favored it worked. The moment the US left it fell apart.
I talked to a class of high school students just before the war. I explained all of that to them. How Iraq was created and what are the difference are in the Country, religious and ethnic and how much this country was unsorted, a construction, like Yugoslavia and that the US had no idea what a powder catch it would be stepping into.
It ended up to be my last day as a volunteer for 10 years.
I was right and I am now welcomed as a volunteer speaker again, history and its implications, not US, foreign.
There is a battle, proxy, going on between Sunni and Shia, Iran and Saudi, Yemen, Iraq and Syria.
You are wrong about Iraq, wishful thinking, delusion, just a façade.
If you want somebody to count on, arm the Kurds.
