Well you can hide behind that just like you no undoubtedly hid behind the "logic" that the lack of charges with Hillary's email scandal somehow means she didn't actually break the law.

But it doesn't mean that Bill didn't sexually assault multiple women (I guess you're ignoring his own admission) and it doesn't mean that Hillary didn't break the law.

I'm always amazed at the denial that Democrat voters adopt to keep up some pointless "team spirit" sentiment that has no quantifiable value other than it makes people feel that they've somehow "got something" over the people they hold the delusion against.

You don't want to accept the fact that hes a rapist because somebody on an internet forum is telling you a bad truth about "your side' and if you acknowledge that fact it would mean that "your side" and perhaps by extension yourself has "lost something" - but in reality there is literally nothing to be gained or lost except the constructs of ego.

The psychology at play in politically active people is nothing short of fantastic.

Every nation is unique.
Lots of nations won independence. Some even managed it without resorting to violence.
Lots of nations built themselves up from very little.
Lots of nations survived civil wars (sometimes more than one).
Lots of nations played active roles in winning the world wars. Some didn’t wait until half-way through to get involved.

Your specific assertion was that America is unique in having a peaceful transition following a contentious election. Regardless of everything above, that simply isn’t true. It’s most certainly not a unique situation and the transition hasn’t been quite as peaceful as we might like it to be.

That’s why I don’t think it’s legitimate to make them watch any political speeches (without a direct educational point). The problem isn’t that she’s chosen not to show Trump’s speech, it’s that she chose to show any in the past.

 

The progressives wonder why they lost , just need to direct them into this thread.
