In the state of Alabama below Birmingham and Montgomery when the schools integrated the white folks in those lower counties built their own schools (which I am pretty sure alot of public funds went into). So those schools never integrated and that was way before Pres Obama or AG Holder hit the scene, do you care to explain that?
