Obama wants to benefit politically from these shootings. There's little to nothing he can do to prevent the next nutcase from shooting up a room full of people.

 

What makes you think that the local cops in Texas will neglect their sworn duty to protect the public and go hunting for fire arms that are legally owned but BH Obama signed a dictate for them to be confiscated?

How many cops will be willing to go looking for the banned guns and how will they find them?

I missed the mass killer that claimed to kill people in the name of liberty & Freedom. I also missed the person who condoned insane people having guns.

The BH Obama law will be to levy a giant tax of ammunition that can be used in assault weapons. 223, 308, 9MM, 45, etc. In any case it will be the end of the Constitution if the House doesn't impeach BH Obama. The Ried Senate would at least do the trial and hear the evidence so BHO would be the second den president in a row to be impeached.

My cousin lives down near the border and he is married to a Mexican so getting those AFT weapons back will be pretty easy. The Mexicans aren't going to do much to stop guns from flowing into Texas and Texans aren't that happy with BH Obama now and our Texas law officers will resist whatever HBO does so I'm now worried.

I have a lot of 223 and 308 and I have a couple of barrels of powder, bullets and primers so when Iuse the ammo I have I can reload the casings.

Executive Orders are subject to Judicial review and can be declared Unconstitutional.

Obama loves usurping his Authority and being the center of the Nation's
attention.
To put things into context the Constitution does not ensure the right to vote.
It does detail via amendments how citizens CANNOT be denied the right
to vote.Like Race and Gender for one.But it does not ensure a right to vote as
say it does a right of free speech.
The Right to bear arms is not to be tinkered with.Like the First Amendment.

I agree, I did not like the NRA proposals of putting police in schools either. All that would do is get more children arrested for minor crimes. Every suggestion either side has made does nothing but restrict rights. I was always told when you do not know what to do, do nothing. They may sound like a cop-out but doIng the wrong thing is worse than nothing, if we lose freedoms.
