    So what is Obama's "fraud"?

He has a number, he uses it, it is the only number he uses. T

here is no law about what state it may be assigned to for issuance - that was simply a matter of not issuing duplicate numbers in the days before nationwide computer networks!

    What's the fraud?

Why? Maybe the person that completed the envelope got it right, and the person that punched in the app for the card got it wrong. Maybe the person sorting the mail read "Honolulu" instead of reading the zip code and successfully sent it to Hawaii.

Again: It makes absolutely zero sense for this to be anything other than a simple clerk's error. To think that a conspiracy would go this far, and not make sure the SSN had the "correct" prefix on it, is just ridiculous.

Didn't you just say you never have called people names? LOL
And is there any evidence he did this?

    Anything at all?
Yes, because basing positions on actual evidence instead of hysteria and suspicion and objectively incorrect legal principles is so stupid...

Why can't birthers just put their evidence out there?

I'm incredulous - you require evidence that "you DO not need to be a citizen to receive a Social Security number" ? LoL, take my word for it

Only a moron would take your word for it.
There is no legal way of getting SSN without being a legal citizen.
    Take my word for it.

Say what? There has to be something catching in the air today... let me repeat it again - you do not need to be a US citizen to obtain a social security number - and you better take my word for it, for only a moron would argue against this

You have to love the excuses the obamabots come up with.
He has a Connecticut SSN - clerical error.
He has a birth certificate number higher than the Nordyke twins even though he was supposedly born before them - clerical error.
His birth is recorded in the Hawaii birth registry on the only page that does not have a date range at the top - clerical error.

Maybe we should call him the 'clerical error' president?

Maybe you should come up with evidence of wrongdoing. You've had three years. Where is it?

Of course, you didn't bother to read any of the previous posts where I explained that a "CT" SSN could not possibly be the result of a massive super secret conspiracy... But why would I ever expect a birther to read? That's like expecting a dog to drive a car.

    Sir,

after your authoritative declaration just a few posts above that only US citizens are entitled to obtain social security numbers, your posts and explanations are not to be taken seriously :ignore:

    1) We knew plenty - those who researched him - but the MSM ignored these things.

    2) What thing? Proof? This is an internet forum not the freakin' FBI, We do "cites" here.

    3) His birthplace is relevant because of Constitutional Requirements.

Godalmighty, are you serious with these petulant demands??? How old are you?

Oh, I see. You claim to be a lawyer. This ain't court, honey, and you ain't in charge here. Pfft

Well your post is a true Birther post.

"Proof- we don't need no stinkin' proof! Lets get on with the hanging!"

The fact that you are completely unconcerned that there is not one bit of evidence to support all of your speculation, innuendo or Birther lies pretty much describes the whole Birther movement- which is "Barack Obama must not be eligible- we just need to find a reason why"

And where did I say that?

You're shortcutting it again... Like most birthers, you have literacy problems.

So show me what you know.
So cite something. My request was pretty simple.
Right. And his birthplace is Hawaii, which has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt. There is zero evidence to the contrary.
LOL... So the idiot birthers call it a "petulant demand" when someone dares ask them to prove a simple, one sentence statement.

To review: You said that Obama wasn't "vetted" by the press. I asked you to support that claim by providing just one piece of information that was known about a prior Presidential candidate that wasn't known about Obama, and then simply explain what makes it important.

You then responded with a name-calling tirade.

So, are birthers about done pretending they really care about evidence and truth? It seems that way.

What? Don't tell me you're gonna follow in Wong's footsteps, refusing to take ownership of your own words... here it is http://www.politicalforum.com/other...ber-become-issue-2012-race-5.html#post4321917

Today's liberal legal education... not knowing such a basic things... shame on us all :gun:

Incidentally, I can communicate in more the ten languages, not counting Spanish as one of them. Don't site literacy as one of my handicaps, for it is not. I can talk you right under the table, my good learned friend

And if you read the post, you would realize that, nowhere in it does it say that, "only US citizens are entitled to obtain social security numbers."

Actually no, not the kind of fraud you are suggesting here. Nobody can get away with using a fake SSN for more than thirty years with their real name and addresses. Both the IRS and SSA actually check returns against their records to insure that names and SSNs match.

Nice try, Daryl. But you have now added a third way of being wrong on this issue to your previous two.
