Congratulation for finally catching up. I have always called it an anomaly. Just as Eisenhower's SSN is anomalous, since he was born in Texas and living in Pennsylvania when he got a California SSN. Just as tens of millions of other Americans experience:

    http://www.cnbc.com/id/38678753/How_Many_Social_Security_Numbers_Do_You_Have

In 1961, zip codes were not machine read. A human being sorting the mail would never send a letter addressed to Hawaii to Connecticut, regardless of the zip code.

The Postal Service would have had no problem figuring out where it actually was supposed to go, and would have delivered it appropriately.

I have no problems comprehending them. I was simply pointing out the irony of your post claiming to talk wong under the table, while having the grammar/spelling of a 5th grader.

Of course I'm right. And you have now realized your error, in that you read something into my post that was not there. Apology accepted.

What a load of Bull (pun intended, of course) So, you're still saying Obama could not have had a social security number unless he was a citizen? Could you tell me how is it that I was able to get a social security number full 5 years before I became US citizen? And stop pretending I "realized my error and apologized for it". Wanna show me where and when I've done that?

I'm running a short fuse today and cannot deal with stupidity, so I'll just log off

    Yes.
You applied due to your resident working alien status (or similar) and were given one.
I mistook your "of course, of course" for an admission. Sarcasm does not translate well over forums, I guess.

In all honesty, I do believe you knew that not only US citizens are entitled to receive social security cards; you just weren't able to properly express yourself. Something you need to learn to do, counselor

Well, left unsaid was that Obama could only have a Social Security number if he was a citizen because we know for a fact that he did not have a "green card" as a working alien in the 1970s, and no birther has ever even claimed he did.

I could have explicated that more completely, I thought it was obvious.

For all we know, Obama was indeed adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, and thus have jeopardized his US citizenship - indirect evidence to this possibility was the concern of the US State Department at the time. If you allow for this possibility, everything else falls neatly in place - stolen SS number, hesitance to release his early childhood documents, fake birth certificate. Stranger things have happened.

Why don't you walk us through this then?

How would his citizenship have been jeopardized?

How would this explain the State of Hawaii saying that the original birth certificate shows that he was born in Hawaii.

Come on- line it all up for us in your grand uniform theory. I really am curious how Birthers contemplate this happening.

Don't have to, been talked about hundred times, just go through the archives.

However; the citizenship can be jeopardized by the number of actions, claiming allegiance to another country being one of them. As for the birth certificate - P-L-E-A-S-E ... it looks fake, so its probably is a fake no matter how hard Dr. Fukino gonna beat herself on her chest.

making you look foolish by proving you wrong?

It's the standard birther debate tactic. Ignore everyone who disagrees with you, and you win!!!

still having trouble with the english language too I see.

No. A minor's U.S. citizenship cannot be "lost" by being adopted out if they return to the United States before the age of 18.

You're simply wrong. We don't have to "allow for this possibility," because it's absolutely impossible under U.S. law. Nothing Obama could have done as a minor in Indonesia could have jeopardized his citizenship in any way.

    Period.

LOL... Do I really need to make you look foolish again?

How about this: There have been thousands of federal court cases on citizenship.

Find me one that supports your ridiculous, asinine, nonsensical "position" on the 14th Amendment and citizenship. Just one.

Or, find me a statute. I'll take a statute. Or a regulation. Or an internal State Department memo. An advisory opinion from the A.G. An informal speech from a Supreme Court Justice.

    You.

    Have.

    Nothing.

    haahahahah

So basically- you have nothing to back up anything you said?

Just show me an example of a minor losing his or citizenship by being adopted by a non-American(of which there is no evidence even happened).

Or show me an example of a 6-10 year old losing his citizenship by 'claiming allegiance' to another country.

You won't- and can't because it hasn't happened, and isn't possible.

And of course...if it looks fake to you....well what more proof would any Birther need?

As opposed to of course not only Dr. Fukino, but the current Director of Health, and of course the Registrar of Records...but you knew that....and don't care.

Which is why it really sucks to be a Birther.
