OK, where does that state that the Senate ever sent the bill to the House? Boehner can say whatever he wants whether a bill is there or not. He doesn't have to vote on a bill he doesn't have, nor does he have to bring a bill to the floor if he did have one (the Hastert Rule that the Dems also use). The ones calling it anti-democratic are Progressives and Democrats, big deal. The House has sent numerous bills to the Senate, why hasn't Reid taken them up for vote? Many of those House bills are Democrat majority or bi-partisan?

So what you are saying is that your claim that the Obama Administration was ignoring employers who were hiring illegals is incorrect?

Where did I claim the Obama Admin was ignoring employers? The poilitifact link I gave you claims Obama has gone after more than Bush.

    Here is my exact quote

What? Are you trying to "win" a discussion by semantics?? In both the wiki and the video Boehner says they aren't going to act on Senate bill 744. S744 isn't sitting on Reid's desk.

What numerous bills are you talking about?? Lets see the list.

The bill was sent to the house but never made it out of committee.

What do I get to "win" on a discussion board? So because Boehner says he isn't going to act on the Bill, therefor you assume he has the bill at the House, when in reality the Senate still has the Bill. As I stated earlier, the Democrats are trying to place the Republicans into the position of a) holding up progress on "their bill" they claim everybody wants, b) you have to vote on it to know whats in it, c) its nothing more than a political football that even dupes such as yourself have fallen for.

There are numerous posts in the many threads of this board that show the list, you can even google and get the answer, if that is beyond your capability, maybe you shouldn't be discussing things you don't seem to know much about.

Not even your link shows that, that is you assumption. I have provided a link that states the bill is still on Reids desk and has not been sent to the House, so until you can provide some type of proof the bill ever made it to the House, the blame and political grandstanding belongs on the Democrats.

Here's a link from last year stating what I have stated. I bolden the important part for you.

This is basic civics, if you can't fathom it, take a high school course. As you can see this is nothing more than a political football by the Democrats attempting to blame the Republicans simply to remain in power as they play off the stupidity of the American Democrat base.

See above link I posted. Last stop for that bill was house sub committee. It's not sitting on Ried's desk.

I've looked over plenty of "lists" of bills sitting on Reid's desk but I've not found any that actually are. Given that the only bill, s744, you've named is actually stalled in the house, I don't blame you for not wanting to produce any others.

Well, NO. Those are simply committees that have other previously passed bills in the S744 bill.

Here is a link from 6 days ago stating the bill is still in the Senate

Here's another one explaining why the Senate still has the bill

Oh, isn't that cute, your so politically biased your ignorance stands out. :roflol:

Here's a link that took all of 2 seconds to find stating that there are over 350 bills on Reids desk http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-m...nn-jenkins-blames-harry-reid-do-nothing-sena/

    Half truths, lol
"Ultimately, Jenkins places all the blame on the Democrats and the Senate, but experts agree that it takes two to tango. Both parties and chambers have played a role in creating the current legislative dysfunction. On balance, we rate the claim Half True."
Plus: "In some cases, committee chairs -- not Reid -- may be blocking or moving slowly on these bills. In other cases, senators are working on their own alternative bills on the same topic. Meanwhile, the claim oversells the degree of bipartisanship in the House; a majority of the Democratic-sponsored bills she cites are relatively minor pieces of legislation."

Not at all. You said 352 bills were sitting on Harry Reid's desk but you haven't even come close to substantiating that statement. You've named one bill that you say is sitting on Reid's desk but it's actually on hold in the house. You haven't even been able to come up with a list of the bills that are supposed to be sitting on Reid's desk and the article you posted says that is a false claim.

The link I posted said it was true, 352 bills. This is clear as day
S744 is still in the Senate
And I 've shown where Reid has stated S744 is pretty much unconstitutional because it raises revenue
You seem to deny actuality and fact.
