What are you talking about!!???

GO to the link I posted there!!!

It is a link to a webpage that completely details out how.

Plus READ this part I posted.

Further, the Raptor does nobody any good flying around undetected when basic fighter maneuvers (BFM) are to be practiced. For such a flight they could have packed their radar accelerometers. By doing so they could be more easily detected by the opposing aircraft, thus making it easier to set up the training scenario and to provide positive radar locks throughout the maneuvering flight...end quote..

What this is saying is during these war games....QUOTE..."the Raptor does nobody any good flying around undetected "...end quote

THAT means the F-22 Raptor CANNOT BE DETECTED IN STEALTH MODE BY THE EUROFIGHTER!!!

This part...QUOTE..."For such a flight they could have packed their radar accelerometers. By doing so they could be more easily detected by the opposing aircraft, thus making it easier to set up the training scenario and to provide positive radar locks throughout the maneuvering flight."...END QUOTE.

THAT MEANS....they figured out one way to allow the Eurofighter to detect an F-22 was to....PACK THEIR RADAR ACCELEROMETERS!!!

When a Radar Acceleratometer is Packed it allows the other non-stealth Eurofighters to basically TRACK the Electromagnetic Signature or Send of an F-22 in the same manner a Radio Transponder sends a SIGNAL.

TRY to at the very least READ MY POSTS TO YOU...before you make a silly assertion like you did here!!!

This is an assumption which is a side effect of your cheap patriotism.

One israilian was shot down by syrians. F-15 is a good plane. But still F-15 was never fighting with an equal contender and they were not flying out before the rival had a possibility to use anti-air SAMs and use the fighters that are not blind. Any fighter would show perfect under the circumstances.

When and who destroyed any of Su-35, Su-30? Su-27 also destroyed some Mig-29 (Ethiopia-Eritrea)? 6 Migs were really shot down in Serbia. But it happened not because the F-15-16 is so superior, but because they were outnumbering Migs and the fying radars were used together with the treachers from serbian side. You want to make conclusion on a lie? It is your choice. But don't expect me to trust your propaganda.

EU is not making anything of 5th generation. Only the US and Russia have these planes. Russia also claims upgrading its planes to generation 4++ which is presumed to be better than Europeans.

Assumption that is based not on the plane characteristics or facts but on a prejudice that EU is better than Russia.

Look....you can post your OPINIONS upon what you believe U.S. Military Weapons Systems are all day long but there is ONE very important REALITY that you cannot ignore.

In every match up or battle between U.S. Aircraft or Weapons Systems and Russian Aircraft and Weapons Systems and in the cases of the Su-30 and Su-35 such battles were fought between top notch American Test Pilots flying those Russian Aircraft against various U.S. Counterparts at the Groom Lake Facility as unlike the manner which Russian Tests are done...that being Russian's ALWAYS purposely overstate their aircraft and weapons systems capability and have RIGGED THEIR OWN TESTS in a manner that will show Russian Systems have either better than expected results against their American Counterparts or in many cases such test results ridiculously yield data showing much inferior Russian Weapons Systems DEFEATING THEIR VASTLY SUPERIOR AMERICAN WEAPONS SYSTEMS.

This has been going on since way before the Cold War ended and as well all know now when such Russian Weapons were placed in real battles their performance tended to be POOR bordering on in some cases HORRIFIC.

The FACT is that if a person wee to ask any current Military Aircraft Pilot IN THE WORLD....which fighter aircraft they would prefer to be flying in actual combat....100% of all pilots will answer the F-22 Raptor as such a Fighter Aircraft has NO EQUAL.

A Pilots second choice would be an F-35 Lightning II because even though a Eurofighter might be more agile the Stealth Element and superior avionics and missiles within an F-35 makes it capable of easily locking on missiles and firing upon a Eurofighter and then destroying it well before a Eurofighter Pilot even KNOWS he is being targeted.

THAT...is the reality.

If you use the letters THAT BIG it wouldn't make your argument better. :)

I didn't say that american fighters are of bad quality. Although I could have said that there were possibilities to use F-22s in action. And it was not done. I didn't say anything about "raptor cough". I haven't mentioned the tests that were done in Russia, which you obviously discovered. I wouldn't mention obvious problems with F-35 which haven't yet proven to be able to be better than F-15. I am just waiting for your arguments. And all I get is big letters and your strong beliefs. :)

These results were not based at superiority of american machinery. US and NATO was invading small and virtually defenseless countries. Under the circumstances it is not a miracle at all that the planes caught by superior forces that were able to locate them before they actually received an order to do anything showed so badly.

This is not a fact but opinion of Discovery channel. It is not Russian, right? And it compares SU-37, which has several differences from SU-35 with the most that is engines. The plane core stays the same as SU-27M... Although I wouldn't say that SU-37 is the best of the best, just because it is not the newest in Russia.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VOFdXO929Q

What would F-22 or F-35 do if he doesn't have a backup from a flying radar and IF the stealth technology is not effective against the radars and space navigation of his rival? Is it able to maneuver against the rocket? Is it fast enough to escape? Is it strong enough to remain in one piece maneuvering at high speeds and stable enough at low speeds? No. As a plane both F-22 and F-35 are 'less agile' which makes them weaker. It is rockets and navigation system plus a debatable stealth (that works only at nights when there is no moon) which you tell as an advantage of a plane (sic!) but this is exactly not a part of a plane itself!!! :))) You are worshipping the wrong guys and wrong pieces of engineering. You can purchase Eurofighters (if you cherish them more than russian fighters) and install your rockets and navigation on them to really improve the quality of your air force. :) Stealth? Well. It makes sense if the radars of a rival are not expecting stealth fighters or bombers. That's why stealth never go to battle once the SAMs are still active. That's why firstly once invading a small country equipped with the arms from USSR that ates back to 1960-1970 US warships firstly use tomahawks to wipe everything that can resist. And once this job is completed then the 'unbeatable' planes which even according to you are 'less agile' than Eurofighters go to the action and kick the military that is already down at the floor. And after everything is bombed into stone age then the M1A2 come to get the fame of another unbeatable super-device... I would say it's cheap.

I Have, its simple speculation, an inaacurate at best.

Go to the link I posted from someone who actually looked up facts.

YOU stated "hey figured out a way for the Eurofighters to compete and every F-22 Raptor had a RADIO TRANSPONDER installed inside it and this way the Eurofighters could detect the F-22 as before the Eurofighters would be flying and as nothing appeared on their radar they would be visually trying to locate the F-22's when all of a sudden an alarm would go off within the Eurofighter's telling them they had been shot down ...."

meaning the F-22 is so superiot that even when cheating a eurofighter has almost no chance against it.

While reality is that the actuall tests done (and yes close range) show that there isnt that much difference.

"could have" you must have missed those words. meaning this whole part is 100% speculation on his part.

Again I gave you a quite neutral source on the matter who actually seems to know what he is talking about beyond some speculation.

So, Putin is "begging" now? Sorry, gentlemen, you don't know how this dance is done, but Putin does. You have to look reasonable, pliable, and compromisable, and then -- WHAM -- out of nowhere comes the next surprise.

Now, we can go on arguing day and night about who has the best tanks, fighters, troops, etc., etc. Consider this -- if we look at the possibility of a little "brush fire" war (fought between proxies of one variety or another), who is favored? Gentlemen -- it's a matter of LOGISTICS more than anything else. And Vladski has logistics entirely in his favor. Does anyone here seriously disagree with that? Moreover, the United States simply does not have any national interests in this Ukraine thing -- NONE! Does anyone here seriously disagree with that...?

The facts are that in order for the Eurofighter to be even able to come close to targeting an F-22 during Alaskan Red Flag....F-22's were not allowed to operate in STEALTH MODE....as to do so a Eurofighter could not even come within 20 miles of an F-22 before being shot down.

The German Pilots who participated in Red Flag stated this themselves as after a few days of Eurofighters being shot down going 12 to 2 against F-22's....it became obvious that in Stealth Mode it was virtually impossible for German Typhoon Pilots to down an F-22 or even be able to FIND IT.

As I stated....the best way to determine what aircraft or tank is the best is what a Pilo or Tank Crew would select as their plane or tank if they could chose.

Look here.

Stealth technology was a giant leap for planes. It was really working against a certain type of radars and locking systems which were sidely used. But it was shot down by S-125 Neva, soviet SAM. Not even S-300, not even S-500. Some years ago prehistoric machine gun that was cooling down with water (Maxim) made several generals to think that wars are over, because there is no chance to conquer position that is protected by it. Centuries ago there was nothing stronger than cossacs cavalry. Before that the world was astonished by german line infantry and french napoleonic columns of infantry and before that horse archers of mongols and before that the legions of Rome if we go backwards we would see the strongest and the most dangerous creature that terrorised the whole world - a monkey with a pointed stick... But it doesn't mean that all these threats are still as dangerous as they used to be. Stealth is a very expensive and interesting technology. If Eurofighters cannot shoot stealths down it is their luck that they are allied with the owner of this technology. But russians are spot on in ocating stealths and we are able to shoot them down as any planes. It is possible. Look at the video until you realize the reality.

F-22 is a very nice plane. It is not only the stealth that makes its might. For the moment it is one of the best planes. PAKFA is of course better as any successor has a chance to surpass the predecessor. The planes that are currently available to Russia are able to fight with F-22s. ALthough the design of Sukhoi-27 beinga very lucky and the best in maneuvering also needs to get better.

Many american really believe in Hollywood Movies...They sincerely believe that it is impossible to shot down an American aircraft , They believe they are ·"the best"... in everything... Sherman was better than T-34 or IS-1 or 2 or KV or Sabre was "the Mig destroyer", when in Korea War casualties were 1:1 and not 15:1 like they think...In USA really believe f-22 is invincible...F-117 is indestructible.... Abraham Tank is God... And I hope always they believe that and I hope, for our safety and their safety... .they have never to check if Russia has Weapons.. to shot down that airplanes...It would be the end of the Earth planet...

An example about "imposible to be shot down", the "untocheable" F-117 Stealth

http://www.airwar.ru/history/locwar/europe/f117/f117.html

You can see the photos about if F-117 can be shot down or not.. (by the way, the serbian friends lacked of last generation missiles system).

The policy of Putin is easy to understand. He always comes up with a compromise. If this compromise is not made - he does his best in order to take what he wants from a deal and comes up with a different compromise that is worse than the previous one.
It all started with the agreement or Euroassociation. Putin wanted to become a side of it whose interests are not neglected. He came with this compromise to EU and EU told that this is none of Vlad's business and EU would start to integrate with Ukraine and Moldova. Then Putin showed Yanukovich (for half a year) how he would protect russian economy and screw ukrainian if this free trade zone is signed. Yanukovich was fighting to a bitter end. In December he asked money from US, EU and China altogether to recover the losses and make the living. There was noone in the world who could help him and... he needed to crawl to Putin accepting a much worse compromise of coming into reintegration as a part of customs union choosing Russia and not the EU. For that he was given the money and cooperation.
EU and US made a coup in Kiev making a show for the whole world as if their despised speaking heads (as Klichko who makes sense only when he openely reads his speeches) are legitimate rulers in Ukraine. After that coup Putin stopped all the cooperation, removed the discount for gas, cancelled the loans and took Crimea in a bloodless democratic referendum that was even nearly not as clumsy as US and EU operation in Kiev. After he had returned russian people (to greatest pleasure of all the russians) he came up with a different compromise - to make Ukraine a federal state which would look for compromises between its south-east and center-west. This was also not accepted. And for the moment the rebels all over the south east are completely out of control for kievan junta... Next compromise will be much harder.

This is not Putin's rule for outer policy. He also behaves the same inside Russia. E.g. his first proposed compromise to busenessmen and oligarchs was that he doesn't sniff the nose into their business and they in turn don't get involved with policy. Abramovich took the compromise. Berezovsky (probably commited a suicide) and Khodorkosky (is making policy outside Russia) haven't...So a general rule is that if Putin comes with a compromise to you and you are not sure in your position it's better to shake hands and come to PR activities.

Logistics is not the main reason in the Ukraine. The main reason is Ukrainians. More than 80% of ukrainians prefer to speak russian. It is their choice. But the project was to make these 45 mln of formerly one nation with russians - anti-russians. The project which attracted 5 bln USD from american taxpayers was a very promising one. It is even better and easier than controlling industrious koreans with the help of their artificial and PR-made hatred for their kind. But it looks that the project didn't pay off.

What I am about to post is a FACT and this is what happened when an F-117 was shot down during the was in the former country of Yugoslavia.

In what can only be called a flight attack plan of incredible stupidity the USAF F-117 Pilots were forced to follow NATO attack plans and were placed under the command of a Non-American Air Force NATO General which was something that was NEVER supposed to happen as it was determined a long time ago that U.S. Forces should NEVER be placed under command of a foreign officer.

Because of this STUPIDITY F-117 Pilots were ordered to follow a repetitive attack route to a target rich environment and acknowledging the the skill of Serbian Forces of being able to use very old Russian Weapons Systems that ordinarily would NEVER be capable of shooting down an F-117 the Serbs noticed much to their surprise that American F-117's were continuing to fly the same attack route and had become slightly VISIBLE to the naked eye as ground lighting and celestial body lighting was able to allow those Serb Forces on the ground to visually SEE the F-117's which not only were flying a repetitive attack flight plan but this attack flight plan had those F-117's flying EXTREMELY CLOSE TO THE GROUND....something USAF doctrine usually would not allow.

The Serbs basically KNEW exactly the direction and route and altitude of the F-117's attack flight route so they set up their Air to Air Defenses in that manner and WAITED for the next F-117 to attack and even though the Serbs could not see the F-117 on radar nor could they get a radar or IR Weapons Lock....THEY COULD SEE IT.....so since the F-117 was at a VERY low altitude they lined up their shot and SHOT THE F-117 DOWN.

After this the USAF BRASS WENT BALLISTIC!!!

All USAF Aircraft were REMOVED from NATO'S COMMAND and this ended the shot down issues.

AboveAlpha...p.s...the F-117 has been RETIRED from service.

I am well read into what happened at Alaskan Red Flag and the reality is several USAF F-22's were shot down by German Eurofighters when the F-22's with EXTREMELY INEXPERIENCED American Pilots as this is what Red Flag is all about TEACHING young flyers on BOTH sides how to get better and how to fly with pilots from other counties in a INTEGRATED AMERICAN SERVICES ATTACK....as the USAF flies attack sorties as part of an integrated services computer run and controlled manner.

The REALITY was that after a few Red Flag exercises it had been shown that even when only two F-22's had to go against 12 Typhoons...ie...Eurofighters...that as long as the American F-22's were allowed to operate in STEALTH MODE....they could NOT be shot down by German Typhoons.

It was only after Radar Loading which basically allows the F-22's to be detected by the German Typhoons were a few F-22's shot down in close air to air combat but MANY...Typhoons....MANY MORE TYPHOONS THAN F-22's....were shot down in close combat and the American Pilots who were shot down had very little flight time in the F-22.

The Typhoon is an EXCELLENT Fighter Aircraft and in the highly unlikely scenario where a Typhoon would be used to attack F-22's the REALITY is the Typhoons can not detect F-22's and would be shot down.

The F-117 was RETIRED many years ago.

The T-34 was without a doubt the BEST TANK out of all in WWII.

The Soviet MiG-21 was an EXCELLENT aircraft and much more maneuverable than an American F-4 or F-105.

But in the 1970's the United States Air Force came out with the TEEN SERIES aircraft such as the F-14...F-15...F-16 and F-18....then the F-18 Superhornet eventually.

The TEEN SERIES U.S. AIRCRAFT....did not at the time and they did not until just of late have any Soviet and the Russian Counterpart Aircraft that could match up with them.

The USAF F-15C Eagle has still NEVER BEEN SHOT DOWN BY ANOTHER AIRCRAFT and USAF F-15E Mudhen is without a doubt the most capable STRIKE ATTACK AIRCRAFT IN THE WORLD to this day.

When back in 1996 the United States first started flying the F/A-22 Raptor as you have to remember the F-22 is really both an Air Supremacy Fighter and an Attack Aircraft as it has internal bomb bays....we were able to deploy and fly wings of 5th Generation Aircraft well before Russia and Europe had even started flying their first 5th Generation Aircraft.

The REASON the F-22 will not be built in large numbers besides the price tag...$200 Million per plane....is that once again the United States Air Force will jump well ahead of Russia, China and Europe as we have begun flying Stealth Fighter and Attack DRONE Aircraft.

The American F-40 Series Aircraft have just begun test flights both in VSTOL and from the decks of USN Nuclear Carriers.

The 40's Series Aircraft are called RSSDAFA's.....which have the NICKNAME of JAMAICA as the letters spoken together sound similar to RASTAFARIAN.

RSSDAFA stands for Robotic Stealth Self Determining Attack and Fighter Aircraft.

This was a BLACK Program for many years until recently.

A Fighter/Attack Stealth Aircraft which is Robotically Controlled and has been programmed for self determination as well such aircraft not being hindered by having to have a HUMAN PILOT thus not needing over 50% of the weight a current Attack/Fighter Aircraft needs for Cockpit Life Support, Ejection System...etc....has much greater capabilities.

Such additional capabilities include the ability to fly for over 12 to 24 hours constant depending upon mission

Being much light and being robotically controlled be capable of making maneuvers faster and to a degree that would KILL a pilot inside.

And be able to stay on station for up to 24 hours thus be able to have more targets of opportunities.

Russia, China and Europe are not even CLOSE to having this level of technology nor will they have such aircraft which are capable of destroying F-22's at WILL....for several decades to come.

By the way...we are sending THOUSANDS of U.S. Troops to POLAND!!!

SEE!!!!

THIS is the crap we were hoping to avoid!!!

I TOLD some members here there was no upside for Putin invading and annexing the Crimea and here comes the DOWNSIDE!!!

Putin sends Russian Troops toward the rest of the Ukraine....WE send 20,000 Plus American Troops to POLAND....begin to once again start supplying Anti-Assad Forces with weapons out of Jordan....send 200 American Troops and Military Advisers into the Baltic Sates....and send an American Vic-President to the Ukraine and promise to sell them HIGH-TECH AMERICAN WEAPONS!!!

You play games with the United States and you are only going to lose.

Again stick to facts

Its 600 troops total. And they are moved from italy.

Yes having putin dictate the facts is a better choice, after all appeasement worked in the 1930's didnt it?

I have posted a few links just go to them.

As well simply Google Alaskan Red Flag German Typhoons vs. U.S. F-22 Raptors.....and a huge number of sites will come up to read and this way you can chose your own site so as not to think I am using biased sources.

OK. What you post should be perceived as a fact... That' what you want. But as long as I am from Russia - I am not oblidged to believe everything that you want. Being russian I prefer to choose the side I trust more.

Well. You think that if it was american it would be better? :) Nice belief. I will use it in future. But for now this is not the reason. The plane with a stealth technology was really shot down by a SAM that was made in 60s. This is the fact. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-125_Neva/Pechora#FR_Yugoslavia
As for commander he tried to use stealth as an invincible weapon. An invincible weapon being so cannot be shot down by an outdated weaponry.

The only stupidity of this commader was that he was not american (most of the world is as stupid) and he trusted words of americans that this F-117 will never be shot down being invisible. Of course, you should never believe anything that is said about the quality of an american product. But how would you estimate your government and you yorself having made just the same about new planes of yours?

This is a good explanation for those who doesn't have ANY background knowledge. The rocket S-125 doesn't have a serv that is flying at its head steering it to the side of the plane. Besides, the rocket has a minimum efficiency range that is not less than 3 km (or in this case most probably 6 km). Which means that if you fire a rocket once the plane is lower than this range it would 100% miss and try to choose a different aim with a radiosignal. In the beginning the rocket is steered from the ground. But after it has locked the aim it uses the radio signal to engage and hit the plane. The radiosignal from rocket meets the aimed plane and comes back to the rocket. At this point it means that the pilot of a plane is steering both his doomed aircraft and a rocket that is about to hit it. If it is american movie than this is the point when you start to hear all the suspence methods. And smth like that really was happening in the cab of F-117. And what about stealth technology? Stealth is supposed to not-to reflect the radio signal... So there really no chance that having such an efficient technology F-117 would be hit by such an ancient rocket. But it did! So the technology is not that faultless.
Of course serbs did locate the routes that were used by invaders to bomb their country. Of course they made a decision to move rocket SAM to try to intercept it. There was no stupidity from the side of commanders. It is just a war. If you go to war you risk to be killed. It's natural.

The last sentence is a very nice reflexion of what I call a background knowledge... Try to get into the car having a thin thread. And now put a needle into a tree near the road. Now try to put a thread into a needle driving at a speed of at least 100 km an hour. Once you have a success tell how many attempts you needed. Because 'lining' a shot of such a fast rocket into such a fast plane is much more difficult. Because the rocket flies much faster than a car and even F-117 is much more maneuverable than a tree.
I mean it is of course possible in theory. But the rocket doesn't work like it. And USAF knows it. They even knew it before the F-117 was down.

Let's look at the facts. Not if I ask you to tell that it is a fact. A fact is something that doesn't need anyone's agreement to exist.
1) The F-117 and all the other planes were flying in the night time but not during the day time.
2) After the incident F-117 were taken off the military
3) Since that time Stealth fighters and bombers were not engaged into battles in case that the side under attack had any decent russian SAMs
4) Syria was threatened by a military operation from the US (although it is now much better there than in Libya) But this operation never came true after the rumours in the media and reports of Israeli agents that there was an S-300 anti-air missiles.

1)If I have to explain these facts from the side of your propaganda I need to tell that NATO generals are cowards and idiots. Look yourself. The weapon of serbs is not able to hit the target and they don't use the daylight for the operation. Why? It is much more convenient to shoot the target during the day. And if your rival is not able to resist - it is just stupid cowardness not to use it.
2)If the F-117 was not shot down because of a systemic inability of F-117 to be invincible and invisible than the writing off of such an expensive aircraft is a waste of taxpayers' money! It was just a lucky punch of a serb who managed to fire a rocket and frive it from the start to the end. If he chose to be a Formula-1 driver he would probably become a champion after the very first race as he wouldn't need a break pedal! Or OK. He was just lucky to hit with a 2 meter rocket into 30 meter plane at a distance of at least 3 km. and the speed of both more than 300 kmh... Is that a good reason to write off such a materpiece of engineering and such an advanced technology?
3)And why, oh why didn't NATO use only these new planes in their war activities all over the world? It is again a waste and a risk, cause the pilots are still flying F-15, 16 which are not as advanced. It is good that they still have good results but would it make more sense to use the wonder staff NATO has?
4)And finally why was there any attention to russian SAM that was forbidden to be sold to Iran and which was rumored to get into Syria? Why so much attention to the staff that is not efficient AT ALL which would NEVER EVER hit the target of such a superior design? It is a stupidity and cowardness!

That is the questions and opinions which would come in the heads of those who have some background knowledge and is able to compare different facts. From my viewpoint your generals were not cowards and for sure are smart enough.
1) Unlike the stupid politicians the generals knew from the very beginning that F-117 and every plane can be shot down easily. That's why they used the planes only in the night time. This would prevent the ability of serbian army to locate it in the sky. Even after the main radars and army infrastructure was bombed out with Tomahawk missiles it was still a threat. And the planes of F-117 couldn't navigate that easily. That's why so many serbian civilians were killed in Serbia and that's why schools were confused with army bases. Not because americans are so evil. It is all a consequence of a bad weponry and ill politicians who make orders to the professionals.
2) Once the politicians heard the whole story they closed the program without really thinking. F-117 is really better than its non-stealth analogues. But it is not invisible. Not for the rockets. Not for the radars. It is difficult to locate it. Yes. And NATO equipment shows a nice opportunity for show makers to sell it for better money. Yes. But those who need to fly it and have their life and the life of those who receive their orders know better. That's why F-117 was written off. For propaganda reasons.
3) And again. The additional risk for american pilots that use not F-22s in real combats come because of PR. Those who are killed will inevitably shoot a thing or two down. And it will be impossible for a person like you to show off in front of a different person. That's why billions of dollars are conservated for PR reasons and american pilots have to be exposed to a higher risk.
4) The only explanation is that having a battery of S-300 is a guaranteed loss of at least one plane... And if the american public realises that they would memorize all the propaganda of invincibility, invisibility and they would go mad because they will finally understand that they were deceived.

So basically american people are suffering not because of someone's stupidity. But of their own. Which makes sense, right? There is no trouble in regarding F-22 as an advanced plane and american army as a formidable force and american nation as a great one. The problems start when you pretend to use propaganda instead of facts that F-22 is the best plane, American army the best and the only force and american nation - the only true democracy and the greatest ever. Slow down, pal. There is the world in the other hemisphere and it is not worse than yours. It's different. And it has always been different. And it will always remain different.
