By the way, Zoomie, I forgot to ask how are your cows on your farm. Feel good? Good yield at this season?

    A bit of reality:

Ukraine is the only country that invaded Crimea, and they did so in the early 90's and have occupied Crimea ever since without a peep from the EU and US.

When the Nazis were protesting in Kiev to overthrow the legally elected president, the Crimeans went to Kiev to support Yanukovich. On their return they were stopped by the Nazis. Their buses were burned, and they were harassed for 8 hours. Seven were killed outright, and 30 others are missing and presumed dead.

The Nazis told them they were going to Crimea to do the same to the others, so when the protesters went back home, they asked the Russians stationed in Sevastopol to protect them while they held a referendum. In it, they were given the choice of Crimea becoming independent or joining Russia. They chose Russia out of fear of being invaded again by Kiev.

A few years before, the Hague's ruling on Kosovo stated that people have a right to self determination. This is why the people of Crimea held a referendum, and asked to become a part of Russia. Had Russia not intervened, the people of Crimea as well as the people of Donetsk and Lugansk, would have been killed or ethnically cleansed, and it would have been with the blessings of the EU and US.

And yet while Crimea and Russia stayed within international law and held a referendum, when W. Germany annexed E. Germany a referendum was not held, and even with Kosovo a referendum was not held.

Shouldn't we have acted sooner against Hitler or Hirohito? Wouldn't it have been easier for us if we had recognized the threat?

Anytime any leader invades or annexes another country, it is in everyone's interest. I'm sorry it's this way, but it simply is. Sovereignty is a great concept. But it's a fact that respecting sovereignty without exception can sometimes get you killed.

Then why didn't the EU and US stop Ukraine from invading and annexing Crimea in 1995? We wouldn't have this mess if Ukraine respected Crimea's sovereignty. But they didn't, and because of it, Crimea wanted Russia's protection so it wouldn't happen again after they declared their independence.

Crimea existed as a legal, democratic, secular state. Crimea’s relationship with Ukraine was based on bilateral agreements. In 1995 Ukrainian special ops forces and Ukrainian Army troops invaded Crimea and annexed the territory.

The world is looking more and more like it did before WW1 and WWII with alliances being formed all over, and diplomatic relations breaking up between nations as well. The most dangerous of course, is our own diplomatic break up with the Russian Federation.

Either some group is pulling the strings and heading us into war, or we have an extremely stupid government. Maybe they believe that a world war will unite the country and distract from our domestic problems - or some ideologues want to create the same situation as they did in Russia during WWI, when it became susceptible to the Bolshevik take over.

You realize of course that the Azov Sea and Mariopol are blocked by the Russian navy that you disparage?

The US navy deals with worse from China on a daily basis. If a decision was made not to enter the Black Sea, it's in the interest of cooling things down as Russia amasses an invasion force.

Azov Sea is a mud bowl.....easy strikes for missiles on those Asiatic razgul gunboats.....the $hit nuggets had half the Azov blocked off earlier....not really a big deal....if the Botox $hit nugget had any balls he should've tried to close off the entire Black Sea.....but he won't since he's a yella b******...LOL. If he tried Sevastopol would be radiating purplish blue. And that wouldn't be the end of his problems.

Given the speed and EXTENT of the recent Build Up
I think they have concluded that Russia is serious about defending it's interests.
And that it was UNWISE for the UooK Fascists to further threaten to precipitate
Military action against The Russian Territory of the Crimea -

A Russian official recently stated to the effect --
    "M
ake a stupid move on The Russian Territory of Crimea and we will
    shoot you
. But we will Not in the Leg, we will shoot you in the Face ! "

    Given their recent Craw-fishing
I think the Washington WarPigs and their UooK Fascists proxies took
............................................. ..... the Russian actions & statements Seriously

I just wonder what drives a Canadian in his twilight years to worship Russia and its dictator-for-life and post this kind of nonsense. You don't speak the language and you make no effort to understand the actual situation in Russia or in the greater region. You just consume English-language Russian propaganda from the usual online sources and engage in these strange anti-American fantasies.

By the way, did you change your mind about the WTC or are you admitting that you were full of **** about that?

Why are you so fond of spreading anti-American agitprop?

Because that account is a razgul Potemkin village troll. I suspect it must've robbed a Walmart or Staples and taken all the crayons for the amount it uses.

I'm sure the asiatic razguls will get a chance to see US Navy soon enough. Although I suspect the mongrels will have a nervous breakdown when they see what REAL navy looks like.

No worries....when Ukraine is in Nato.....Odessa will make a marvelous port for several US Navy ships along with a CIA field office like the one in Frankfurt.....or is it Mannheim, and the airbase there....Priluki is it?.....will host B52s,F22/35,B1B,B2 bombers....also Zaporozia, Kherson,Mykolaiv, near Krym.
