Frankly kindergarteners wouldn't care that much about that or the Bay to Breakers- at that age they don't get as wierded out as adults do about stuff. Later though- yeah I don't recommend taking older kids through the Castro unless you want to explain why the nice man isn't wearing clothes and what are those..... All part of the color. And really- the Castro is much, much safer than many urban environments....or even suburban ones.
There are a few days a year when I use a fan for a few hours/day. It's great living in a Mediterranean Climate.
The fog in the summer can be brutal...but.....if you are out in the Valley and driving back through 105 degree weather, that drop down to 60 degrees as you cross the bay or Blackpoint highway....just lovely.....
Gays & Lesbians are fleeing San Franpsycho in droves for Dallas Texas , pretty soon the Trannys & Bi-Sexuials will outnumber Gays in Bay Area ...
Heat vs. Air conditioning? SF is a place where you need your furnace going 24/7/365..366 on leap years. That's why San Franciscan's are so fluked up..their brains are cooked.
I don't know, watching another guy give a guy a blow job on a street corner is quite an experience for a youngster.
That's better than watching one guy part another guys hair with a tire iron, like you would see in New York or Houston.
See, I didn't realize that. I had thought that it was pretty comfortable year around. I am pretty unaware of what goes on weather-wise unless its in the middle to south regions.
it is a part of evolution of civilization, children no longer are needed as work horses for the family they are an expense in these superior societies
Those San Franciscans just HATE families! So your point is the laws in SF really should ONLY allow good looking BUFF queers to walk around nekkid? Actually, NO ONE gets to eat a restaurants naked, just like everywhere else.
look at the superior european countries where the birth rate is reduced, it is really not about quantity but quality that makes a good society so not completely ban children but less is more
Not to mention that the people leaving their bodily fuids randomly about the area have the highest rate of HIV/AIDS infections of ANY DEMOGRAPHIC MIN AMERICA, as well as otherm STDs... What a "healthy" lifestyle...
You're aware that San Francisco has more to it than just transsexuals, yes? They have restaurants, hotels, museums, sports events, shopping centers, and all sorts of interesting things to do. And just as an aside, it strikes me as very odd that you would fixate on the transsexual aspect of San Francisco. What is it about the Castro District that you find so fascinating?
THe fact that a "transexual district" exists is somewhat bizarre, in and of itself. The fact that grown men are allowed to frolic about in public, naked, sitting on PUBLIC SEATS, etc.,in one of the most heavily HIV/AIDS infected areas in America, is more than bizarre; it is pathologically , psychotically, sociopathic. It is no wonder that actual, traditional families are FLEEING the area; what sensible parent wouldn't?
California just sounds like it is getting worse and worse. Everyone is fleeing it, and the libs have dragged it to ruination. Not a place I want to travel to.
But , the possibility of encountering a naked, aged, queen is enough to send people elsewhere, to spend their money...and PRESERVE THEIR HEALTH. HIV/AIDS doesn't CARE who's who; it just infects who it contacts, and naked, gay male arses on public seating is an outrageous public health nightmare. But, apparently, Marin County residents lack the will to combat the Gay Guevaras, and are thus, losing families...
Have you noticed that European Countries are desperately trying to convince and bribe their citizens to have babies? So that their society as they know it...can be salvaged? http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2008/08/09/MNTQ11UVLJ.DTL Children have to be in the pipeline. Quite a few children.
That is just ridiculous. You cannot contract HIV from casual contact with infected people or surfaces which they have touched.
I don't want to think about which bodily fluid would be most likely to be left behind on those surfaces, but if someone touches it with a small cut on their hand, it's possible to contract the virus.
